Good quick review on the comparison between the two. Even though I have mostly Sitka stuff, I cringed when you were giving out prices on the Sitka pieces haha. All the products I've purchased from Tidwe have been top notch so far. I will buy any product that I think will help me stay longer and hunt harder.
Don’t forget huntsworth! Their hunting clothes are premium also. I would like to see you do a comparison with them and Sitka.
The add for the bow hanger is cool. I use to do the same. But warning to all, my truck was t boned by an older driver who ran a stop sign. The force knocked all my arrows out of the quiver and they were flying around in my truck with slicktrick broad heads. If you don’t want to be a pin cushion like I was, Do your self a favor and if you don’t transport your bow in a case put the arrows in your trunk or bed.
Been rocking the tidewe heated vest for 2 years now very often hunting and snowboarding. ZERO complaints and for the money you can buy multiple for the price of 1 piece of sitka clothing.
Good morning, JR.
I'm an influencer for TideWe much like yourself. I've saw quite a few of your videos alongside mine on their social media platforms. I have to say that you're review of their gear is spot on. I'm all in on Sitka as well owning nearly everything in their whitetail and turkey lines. I will say this, nothing compares to Sitka as far as comfort, functionality, and quality goes. My Sitka system has my back from the warmest temps to the lowest, but at a price. If I wasn't part of the PRO program, I don't think I could swing it. TideWe has good gear for the people not looking to spend the money on high end gear. I put TideWe a step above Walmart gear but below Cabela's or similar gear. Their blinds are awesome! I think that's where the TideWe brand shines in my opinion. I did like the heated vest and wader liner pants. I love that the liner pants have full zips on the sides, I wish Sitka made a piece like that for whitetail. The boots are comfy, but I haven't worn them enough to know their durability. With all of that said, anybody looking for quaility gear on a budget shouldn't hesitate to check them out!
I think with any company, the proper way to layer makes a big difference. Learned this later and wish I could’ve learned it sooner to keep me warmer. This is a great comparison though
Should do Sitka vs hunt worth
First comment first of all lol. Secondly, was an interesting video. The thing is when you are hunting in hot, warm or cool weather, you can pretty much hunt in anything even cottons. The important thing to remember is when the temperatures get cold and or freezing and you risk your life in these temperatures. I am pretty sure a 50 dollar puffy pants is not gonna cut it in the cold. Besides kuiu sitka firstlite and stone glacier are all the same price. I always say if the weather is not cold you can wear whatever, but if it gets cold you risk your life, so be careful of what you decide to wear.
So you can't just go " out there" and try whatever, you may NOT come back to tell about it.
I like the comparison. But I think the test results would be interesting if no heating elements were used.
I own traverse bibs, stratus bibs, and the incinerator aerolite bibs and jackets and honestly the Arctic Shield bibs are warmer than all of them 😂
Hey man I need help with sizing. I’m 6’4 230 should I stick with XL or go for XL Tall for Stratus Jacket, Baselayer Long Sleeve crew?
XL Tall
Compare Sitka to chene
The war in camo is ridiculous. Cheaper camo guys hate on Sitka so bad it’s disgusting. I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU WEAR IR WHAT YOU PAID so you shouldn’t give a shit on what I’m wearing or what I paid. I’m really starting to hate the war on everything in the hunting community and honestly I don’t like the hunting community anymore. Everybody fights like little girls with all the online keyboard wars. You want to argue meat up in person and do it so atleast it’s entertaining
The only reason you made this video is because you are getting paid by Tidewe
