All of these years and I’m finally trying Chanel fragrances. These fragrances are so smooth and beautifully blended. It was your influence that made me take a chance. I just remember smelling No 5 the OG back in the 80s and I ran for the hills. It was that experience that made me stay away from Chanel. Having worked for Chanel for a zillion years 🤩, I still say the fragrances are just gorgeous in comparison to others....my favorite is original Coco....so indulgent ...even the soap is the best fragrance soap I have ever used...happy to see that it is still sold...I remember all the beautiful sets we used to have at Christmas which included the fragrance with many ancillary products ..all in beautiful travel bags....was really special! I saved each one!
I adore Chanel 19 Parfum - especially after the first 20 minutes. Light, heat, humidity will affect the longevity of all perfume. I store all perfume in their original box in a cool dry place. I have a bottle of Chanel #5 EDP that is about 20 years old and still smells fantastic.

Coco chanel mademoiselle, is a heavy parfume, end smell after long day, very bad! End of course it doesn't rezist the longer than 4 h :( I waist of lot a money!
I don't have access to the more exclusive Chanel fragrences, unfortunately but I bought a sample of Beige and I think I finally found my everyday signature scent ❤ It's not very complex but it's stunning! It makes me want to cry because I cannot find a deal on this perfume anywhere! I expected this to be very sweet but it cloying at all and even has that No. 5 DNA in the drydown which I just adore 😊 Parise Venise was way too sweet for me. I think I'm the only person who absolutely hates Coco Mademoiselle 😂

My first high end fragrance was Coco Chanel and I wore that fragrane for years and years until I discovered Allure... I don't wear them anymore, I moved on to other fragranes but this video makes me want to go and get them again!! I recently got Paris-Venise with the body lotion, love the scent and it also helps that I love Venice... it is such a beautiful and unique city.❤️ The next exclusif on my list is Gardenia and then Coromandel. After not liking No 5 for the longest time, I fell in love with it when the red bottle version was launched, last holiday season I had to get the theatre coffret version in both 5 and Coco Mademoiselle.

I have just pulled out a sample of Paris-Venise, which I took with me on my trip, and yes, this is truly a sophisticated fragrance with a beautiful dry-down. It is so different. I couldn't really compare it to any other, but this is the charm and uniqueness of all Chanel perfumes. This one can be a great fall scent, you're right. I personally love N5 L' Eau which is an "updated" version of the classic - much more vibrant and crisp. This is my "to be on a run" fragrance...just see myself on a busy NYC street running to work on a crisp winter morning:-) lol..in my dreams right now, as I keep working remotely. xx
I will have to get a sample of Beige now. I have several of Les Exclusifs in sample sizes. Being retired, I don't go out all day anymore, so, don't need full bottles. I LOVE Bois des Iles. Unfortunately, the Chanel counter manager at my local Macy's had never even heard of the Les Exclusifs collection--and this was just last year. 😳 I started years ago with #5, still love it. And just loved to take the original #22 when I vacay'd in Hawai'i. The reboot of #22 just isn't the same.

Hello, I actually can't wear Coco M., not because it is bad scent, it is classy, chic and beautiful but somehow I don't relate to it, something there that I find boring after some time on me, like it is too perfect that it is missing something, that sparkle for me. Chance edp on the other hand I love! Maybe, not so perfect but never boring and put a smile on ma face :-) My top list from Chanel is N5, Coco, Chance, Allure.

I keep my Chanel boxes when I order from their web site because of how luxurious they are. I DEFINITELY kept my MFK Baccarat Rouge box and I keep both fragrance and box standing up in a draw away from sunlight. I treated myself to Baccarat Rouge in April during quarantine and have really put a dent in the bottle. I like Coco by Chanel, but Coco Noir is not a fave.

Love Coco Noir 🖤 Is in my Chanel top 5 as well , along with original Coco, Coromandel EDT, No 19 EDP and Allure Sensuelle . I’ve to admit that I’m one of those people who doesn’t like Coco Mademoiselle and the reason why is indeed that is over popular and makes it feel like a cheap fragrance that everyone would swear, I’m sorry but that’s how I personally feel about it. I do love, love the intense version though, especially layered with original Coco it makes an amazing evening fragrance combination. I’d say keep the older bottles as long as possible because they reformulated most of them and aren’t so strong anymore. I’ve to try Gardenia, you made me really curious about it.

I wore it on my wedding day- I had a sample from the counter- and well over a decade later my husband keeps me stocked with the large bottle from the boutique. And I totally keep the box; it IS the little, special details that keep us head-over-heels with the fashion house.🤍
I was gifted gifted Gabrielle a few years ago. I am old enough to have a bottle of No5 and coco mademoiselle. I don’t reach for them often though. I have to make an effort to wear them.

I don't feel Coco Noir is either heavy or spicy. It is a well blended classic frag that transcends sex in it's own right and is not mainstream which I like best.
I agree, just recently bought a small bottle & love it. Kind of obsessed with it 😅 not spicy to me but a magnetic blend of ingredients that envelop & make me feel irresistible 😂

Yes! Paris-Venise is on my Wish List. I already know Chanel No 5 body cream will be my Christmas present to me :) Nice to add that to my collection. I've been burnt out by Coco Mademoiselle and the Noir. Same for YSL Opium and Black Opium. Beautiful but after a couple of bottles, I'm done. I've happily taken and used up samples when I've made purchases but I don't think I'll make another purchase of those I've mentioned. However, my staple has been Must de Cartier for anything dramatic. My last rerfill purchase of MdC, I have a less than a 3rd of the bottle left. I've recently purchase Must de Cartier Gold but haven't had an opportunity to wear it yet. For bedtime, I love to wear Aerin Rose Garden Eau de Rose Cologne. So fresh and light floral love it.

I love Gardenia! A friend from the Chanel counter at Bloomies gave me a sample of the Eau de Parfum and I just adore the way it makes me feel! However, it does not last at all on me. After 20 minutes the scent is barely traceable on my skin 🥺. I wonder if you experienced something similar or if you have any suggestions for me? Thank you!!

Whenever someone asks me what perfume to be a young woman, her first "grown up" perfume, I always suggest Coco Mademoiselle.

I have a drawer where I keep all my fragrances. I can't enjoy the bottles to look at but it keeps them in the dark.
I don't feel Coco Noir is either heavy or spicy. It is a well blended classic frag that transcends sex in it's own right and is not mainstream which I like best.
I agree, just recently bought a small bottle & love it. Kind of obsessed with it 😅 not spicy to me but a magnetic blend of ingredients that envelop & make me feel irresistible 😂

My favorite is Vanise. I use regularly Vanise shower gel, body lotion & perfume.
I've thrown away most of my fragrance boxes but I keep some that I like. My favorite Chanel perfume is CM Intense but my no.1 perfume is Maison Lancome Oud Bouquet.

Yes! Paris-Venise is on my Wish List. I already know Chanel No 5 body cream will be my Christmas present to me :) Nice to add that to my collection. I've been burnt out by Coco Mademoiselle and the Noir. Same for YSL Opium and Black Opium. Beautiful but after a couple of bottles, I'm done. I've happily taken and used up samples when I've made purchases but I don't think I'll make another purchase of those I've mentioned. However, my staple has been Must de Cartier for anything dramatic. My last rerfill purchase of MdC, I have a less than a 3rd of the bottle left. I've recently purchase Must de Cartier Gold but haven't had an opportunity to wear it yet. For bedtime, I love to wear Aerin Rose Garden Eau de Rose Cologne. So fresh and light floral love it.

I have bought COCO MADEMOISELLE EDP VER but I somehow feel that it doesnt last long but it does last 4 hours on my skin leaving with soft floral and soapy scent but I want my perfume to be spread out so that ppl around me can smell it and compliment me right? Any advices for me ???

I dream of owning Bois and Boy. I’m more on the woody side. My ride or die is Coco Chanel but sadly they reformulated the fragrance which was truly disappointing. Hard to find the original these days but I’ll definitely revisit on buying COCO someday

I love Gardenia! A friend from the Chanel counter at Bloomies gave me a sample of the Eau de Parfum and I just adore the way it makes me feel! However, it does not last at all on me. After 20 minutes the scent is barely traceable on my skin 🥺. I wonder if you experienced something similar or if you have any suggestions for me? Thank you!!
