I really love that they kept the existing house and made the most of the space. Especially the corner dining room, the wow kitchen - the heart of the home, the rooms are exactly as one needs and beautiful choice of colours throughout the house. This house is the perfect home.
Architects are artists. They tell a story. Whenever I housesat my brothers inner west Sydney cottage - my daughter and I felt it increased our IQ and made us reflect more and talk more. It was small but beautifully remodelled. That’s what good architecture is for me. ✨
The Architects (Placement) have created a beautiful home. Stunning and welcoming, That brings warmth charm and some magic into this home. When you love your work it shows Showcasing what is possible within the space we live, does not mean you have to compromise on beauty and space. Well done Placement another fabulous home to be proud of
Love the colours used throughout. Green truly is becoming almost neutral and I'm here for it. Interesting cut-out added to one of the rooms. Well done.
This house is so incredible. Everything about the kitchen is amazing, and the dining area adds to that cafe-like experience. I also really love how the light green color of the wall bounces off onto the rest of the living room. Not that it’s a significant detail, but it is one that I would appreciate from my living spaces.
I continue to love renovations made to these homes. The character of the original home was maintained with lovely updates for modern living to create a home that is timeless. This work is really inspiring and helps me to conceive of a future home i could make gor myself. Thanks for sharing . . .😊
Making the very best of what they had and keeping the existing footprint. The colour of the kitchen 🙌looking out onto a kitchen garden. The window seating under a large window. The parkland views. The cranking bedroom privacy window.🙌 I am a maximalist, yet I do appreciate the owners and architects discernment here.
Such a wonderful renovation, beautifully executed. The quality of the work is amazing, and where the stone meets the timber floor near the fireplace - beautiful.
I love modern architecture and would've loved to see a nice modern open space addition like they usually showcase on this channel, but the clients wanted something else and the architects delivered on that but still managed to add a few nice little details like that awesome window in the kitchen and the cool nook window in the bedroom. I also loved the color palette in that kitchen - that dark forest green cabinets and red brick walls outside! It's dark but uplifting at the same time.
It would be amazing to get a better more complete view of the the bathrooms in this videos. It seems to usually be skimmed over just showing the mirror and faucets. Maybe I’m strange a nice but a nicely designed bathroom is my jam 🥰
I loved what they did with that home- incredible job accentuating something already beautiful. Even more, I would love to know the exact brand and colour of paint used for the kitchen (farrow&ball ?). Also the tile for the master bathroom. Fingers crossed for a response. Nevertheless, bravo to the architects and designers. :)
I agree - Along with hysterical laughter at the end of every sentence whats evolved over the past 5 years is the strangled American croak at the end of every word. Where did this come from. Like listening to a chainsaw, it’s painful.
@@Kofferpacker it is a voice that people put on usually in America, usually in California, and it is basically because they want to sound in a certain way and it’s just ridiculously stupid, all the huskiness is all fake, but I guess she likes it !!!
This house is absolutely gorgeous but I fear that the kid's bedrooms are too neutral, depending on how young they are. Children need color and stimulation for their development so these rooms being the most neutral in the house is surprising to me.
They said they had already grown up. I highly doubt all the children in the world living in beige and grey walled houses have had their childhoods destroyed by Piano Quarter White.

As a minimalist who adores mid-century design and the color green… I AM IN LOVE!!!!
I really love that they kept the existing house and made the most of the space. Especially the corner dining room, the wow kitchen - the heart of the home, the rooms are exactly as one needs and beautiful choice of colours throughout the house. This house is the perfect home.
Us too!

What a dream home. Stunning, yet very comfortable for a family to relax in. The colour pallet of the kitchen is lovely !
It really is!
That marble fire place melting into the rest of the room like a Salvador Dali clock...
I love its intimacy. Very cozy and functional. (The desk window is genius!)
The reasoning behind avoiding an open floor plan was so well articulated here!! 👏👏

I truly believe that each home has their best area. For this incredible home, it's their kitchen. 🥰🥰
4:40 Having a go at a project team member's suggestion.
This small family home has made great use of space optimally.

Beautifully and sensitively executed work. The study nook is a great solution and I love the bank of kitchen joinery.
obsessed with the kitchen
So classic yet so modern. Love this space
Such a peaceful home love it
Beautiful home! I'm in the Exterior Design Program at Kent State University and this design inspired me to think another way out of the box. Beautiful
I adore this project! Spot on...
impeccable mood, especially the kitchen! 💯
The kitchen is stunning. Simple, workable, and that large outcrop window; I just love it.
One of my favourites.

Vocal Fry strikes deep in the Heartland.
Couldn't listen, was painful
Absolutely beautiful, love the soft palette.
This is really beautiful some fresh flowers would be good too. Well done, classic & contemporary.
Beautifully done spaces. The kitchen and dining are really inspired.
What a beautiful (and sustainable) redesign.
Love this! one of my favorite's I've seen on your channel. I could totally imagine living there! Love the work guys
Glorious!
Extremely impressive and inspirational. Bravo Placement.
Beautiful.
This is stunning - thanks for sharing
What a brilliant renovation and brilliant architect! Love this house!
This is such a stunning masterpiece ❤
Vocal fry sends greetings 🤔
The House is stunning!
Right? it was hard to listen to it. Why they over use this when talking?it doesn’t sound cool it sounds irritating
Beautiful work. Lucky devils 😊
Beautiful house and beutiful women by the way too :-)
👍👍👍💖💖💖💎💎💎✨✨✨
O tak!Ja również byłabym bardzo dumna mieszkając w tak pięknym domu z szacunkiem do Tradycji.
A little too clinical for me although I love the kitchen and its window. The dining area is beautifully done. Very sophisticated design overall.
It would be amazing to get a better more complete view of the the bathrooms in this videos. It seems to usually be skimmed over just showing the mirror and faucets. Maybe I’m strange a nice but a nicely designed bathroom is my jam 🥰
Ojalá mostrarán más las cocinas y mencionaran si tienen celdas solares y de dónde obtienen el agua las que están en medio de la nada 🧐
😍😍😍

Me too. I would like to know the paint colour please?
I nice renovation! What's is the name of the green color of the kitchen? Thx
1:50 is that a realistic way to be seated when watching tv?
👏
❤
Your neck will beg for mercy when you'll watching TV in that cabinet
Hardly any seating in the living room face the TV. You would have to move things around every time you want to watch.
coffee with creaaaam?
A bit dark and gloomy for me ,but nice features
where is the WC??
Vocal fry why?
I agree - Along with hysterical laughter at the end of every sentence whats evolved over the past 5 years is the strangled American croak at the end of every word. Where did this come from. Like listening to a chainsaw, it’s painful.
Kitchen is like some greenhouse growing cannabis
Ground floor living room
Why the hell do u put the tv over there ???
Just put above the fire place
Why don't you link to the designer in the description?
Her voice!! Had to turn the sound off
Too croaky
Wow, I thought vocal fry was only an American phenomenon. I couldn't listen to this.
Oh Dearest me! She needs to see a speech therapist! 🫨
Beatiful project, but the worst vocal fry I ever heard
Brilliant work, but that voice, had to turn the sound off, depressing and grating at the same time, lovely house though😁
Listening to that woman fake voice was painful, virtually unbearable to a point that I put the volume off so I could watch the video
Same here... It was a little bit too depressive spoken, didn't match to the fulminant house style.

Hahaha did sound annoying I must say😂
It's called "vocal fry"
@@5bins 🤮
Please adjust your pictures in these final frames as they are slightly unparalleled…. OCD 😅
Please take a breath and use your real voice. I’m sure it’s beautiful.
🤣🤣
This house is absolutely gorgeous but I fear that the kid's bedrooms are too neutral, depending on how young they are. Children need color and stimulation for their development so these rooms being the most neutral in the house is surprising to me.
Neutral is ok but the kids room and main entry room gave me the feeling of an institution
They said they had already grown up. I highly doubt all the children in the world living in beige and grey walled houses have had their childhoods destroyed by Piano Quarter White.
Why do they speak like that 😂
Please stop with the vocal fry. You start a sentence just fine then slip into your throat. Hard to listen to.
what is the code of the green color used on the walls? @thelocalproject?
