That place is a knock down. But those bikes ? Damn.
Sorry Steven the bikes are too much for me. Hope it works out for you, The people that will buy your 3 proposed units had better be deaf.
Hi Steven, I think you will come out on top of this in the end. Great videos for ordinary archery people on your channel, it helps a lot. Do not forget quality practicing in your archery training. Poundage and the amount of arrows shot is not going to get you points. In the end it is how each shot is executed when it comes to scoring. Watch yourself on slow motion video that you can record with a decent phone, analyze, adjust. Then iterate. Wish you all the best!
Would love to see a series on your progress with this. Really like all your business analysis videos
Tidy it up mate, looks clean, rent it and come back to it when you have more time, the rent will cover the debt and you make a few bucks down the track. Good luck !
Tear it down, either put up another home or garage/storage area and rent it. It's on the river, you know it will be worth more in the future.
What I was thinking (use a bulldozer), and build new - if the lot is big enough to make it worthwhile.
Yeh mate after the problem with the slingshots or shanghai’s lol it’s back to shack building issues at atmospheric prices . . we all need to be reminded of how much money our stuff is worth, or we’d really get depressed !
That bedroom is under the verandah
If it was easy... _The last guy would have done it!_
Kind of like Paige Pearce’s last house venture. 😂
Both by owning the building your business is in, but if you are forced to choose, then real estate.
Maybe you could follow the McDonalds example and do Archery Supply stores around the country turning properties into a chain of stores, keep your main store as your warehouse and the local shop to collect there goods from, or maybe not.
Archery market is too small. There's no comparison to Maccies. Everyone needs to eat.
He Cant sort out stock level with his one store .
You can't buy squat for 160. That's a great earner.
My buddy is an IT consultant..
But he made his wealth from property. He owns around 50 houses and the stock market.
He usually buys bank repossessions at auction, except he buys high end (6+ bedrooms, etc)
He caters for the CEO and company director looking for a house to rent.
Last year after tax and all bills paid he walked away with £3.2 million in his pocket.
the sound stopped working for me at around 7:32 in the video
Dude, dirt bikes! Advertise at a M/C shop.
Debt destruction event coming Steve.
That imitation brick looks like asbestos
😱

Whats wrong with one home you own and a happy bloody life with a few dollars in the Banks , All I here is Greed Greed Greed. How about you sort your stock levels out so I dont keep getting bloody emails saying you cant send me the stuff I ordered as its out of stock yet again.
