Normally a kilo of rice here cost around 48-60 pesos. You still need to have a permit to carry/own a gun here before this shops will allow you to buy those real guns but those airsoft guns i think you don't need a permit..
Before 2014, civilians can own fully auto rifles. After the ban, only semi auto rifles are allowed. But those who already have full auto continue to own them, and they can’t sell them either.
Thats not the cheap rice we get back home. The white rice that we buy in rice dealer is cheaper. That guy is really upto something good choice not to give them money

Bit of info regarding PH and "weapons". Pellet guns are considered weapons, as are paint guns, and under new regs forbidding them to be in open during Nat holidays and elections. Pellet guns sold through Armscore and other brick stores must be registered and sold only to a native. "Native" 45 / 9 mm at Armscor about P25,000 (less than $500) - US made P125,000. Funny thing is 17 round, 22 LR semi-auto is also P125,000 - no one makes them locally. Native "assembled" PCP pellet guns can be had for as low as P9,000 (hammer type) to over P100,000. Barrel along can go for over P30,000, scope another P30,000 - receiver, modulator, stock, bottle , rails, and reg not too bad. Trigger can be another very pricey item. Yes, from personal experience.
