Funny thing is 17 round, 22 LR semi-auto is also P125,000 - no one makes them locally. Native "assembled" PCP pellet guns can be had for as low as P9,000 (hammer type) to over P100,000. Barrel along can go for over P30,000, scope another P30,000 - receiver, modulator, stock, bottle , rails, and reg not too bad. Trigger can be another very pricey item. Yes, from personal experience.

#6 In Cebu, I am pretty sure that you can not buy ammo with out a gun permit that shows you have a police clearance to have your gun. I gave one of the security guards enough money to buy new ammo for his gun and the loops in his gun belt. He was always polishing the brass heads to make the bullets shine.

Normally a kilo of rice here cost around 48-60 pesos. You still need to have a permit to carry/own a gun here before this shops will allow you to buy those real guns but those airsoft guns i think you don't need a permit..

There is a shooting range in the bottom of a high rise, high end hotel where you can rent guns and shoot. The Koreans really like the rifles and spend lots of money shooting paper.
