Hi there. Just a note to say something to Les & Wendy about their channel. I currently live in Calgary, AB, but I'm a retired man that's saving to move to St. John. The thing that I really enjoy about your videos of St John compared with others, is the fact that I've seen many videos that show the wonderful landmarks and gorgeous scenery of the city, but they had some nice music as the background. Which is really nice to watch. But with your channel, you show that scenery but you also use a commentary with it, that tells a bit about the city, and has great bits of information in it about the city itself. Information that myself and viewers like me find helpful and valuable. You've become "ambassadors" for the city. And that's why myself and other people like me love the "We Love St John" channel. Thank you Les and Wendy for doing what you do.
I watch your videos almost every day. I was raised in Saint John, but have lived in Vernon, BC for 15 years. I'm returning to Saint John in November. I can't wait. I love your content, and please keep the videos coming.
I heard in this video, Les & Wendy, that you were talking about urban snow, and how it would tend to turn real dark as it melts. It might be a cool idea for you both to, when winter hits again, ignore the slush you see on Saint John's streets, and focus more on the snow you see in the woods. THAT snow, especially in the Port City, can either have brain-blowing beauty, or an eerie elegance, to it, which is made better when the woods are totally full of snow. That ambience can sometimes last into mid-April, depending on how temperatures evolve seasonally. And to me, it's one of the best parts of a Saint John Winter. What do you both think? X-)
Small world. Were you there to play hockey? I checked your hockeydb which says you were in the AHL in 2012, so wondering if you were there to play the Heat. I used to love going to those games.
Hola saludos desde trinidad y tobago ,me gusta su vídeo es el mas actualizado, gracias ,muy pronto llegare a canada,y creo que llegare a la ciudad de saint John ..saludos y bendiciones...
I love your videos, also the affection you treat each other. Hello from Brazil. If you could, make some videos about Saint John's economy and job market. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much. It's comments like this that inspire us to keep making videos. We will definitely doing something about the economy and job market soon.

Blessings and prayers for all the people in Abbotsford and the flooded areas in BC. So gracious of you, Les & Wendy for your remembrances of the BC challenges! I always enjoy your videos with your down-to-earth and humorous chats/descriptions. 🥰🥰🥰💖❣❣❣
You & Wendy always make it so enjoyable! I have been busy with a recent move so I have not been hanging out with you so much but once the things get more settled I will be more available. This move is a temporary one until I am able to look towards going home to Saint John where I belong. So keep on doing your awesome videos so I can enjoy seeing all the new & known lovely places. 😊😘🤗🥰🙏
Richard,.hi,thanks for airing on line!.your journey in the beautiful city of st John nice city.good scenery Videos.take care, stay safe,.merry Christmas 🎄🎀🎁. everyone!!!.
We are buried under snow and -18° in Edmonton...5 more months and we will be heading home to enjoy 4 seasons again! Been a long 5 years and we cannot wait to move back!!
You drove by where my son is working ( human development council) and yes he says it’s a little ummm sketchy in that area of town. But it never looks that bad to me.
Hi. Just subscribed to your channel to know more about St. John. I hope you do videos showing public secondary schools. Were planning to move there from PH and were researching online for different public schools (high school) for my son. Thanks
You mean to say you aren't missing the 40 days and 40 nights (per month) of rain that a BC autumn brings? No 2 years are the same but we have loved our 4 autumns here. In fact, we kinda love Saint John. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on your first winter though.
Are barfights still a thing? Prior to leaving Saint John ages ago (after growing up there), Prince William St. was barfight central. As was the Three Mile and the AQ.
The company I work for has an office in Abbotsford. Weather safer in NB! Always enjoy your videos. I would be interested to hear about the people you have met who are equally new to NB. I live in Ontario and there are people here heading east due to lack of housing and lack of affordable housing

Thank you so much. We never set out to be TH-cam people, just to show the city that we feel is very underrated. Your comment means a lot to us.

Thoughts are with Abbostford. It was there I saw mountains for the first time in my life back in 2014!
Correction 2012

Yeahhhh a video I'm excited for. Keep them coming until I can get to experience it myself. Just a few more months to go.
We'll try to fill in the time for you.

Thank you for watching. Merry Christmas to you too!
Good streets and sunny skies!
What more can you ask for, except fresh ocean breezes which we also have.
@@WeLoveSaintJohn This is what Atlantic Canada is very special for, lush greenery, ocean breezes and good sunshine.

Good for you! Welcome home.
Take love from BANGLADESH.
Thank you!

It's not that bad at all. Nothing is bad in Saint John, just a little sketchy from a Saint John perspective.
Oh my goodness... You haven't seen Skidville, if I may borrow a phrase from Wendy & Les; until you've been in the States !! :(
Love watching different part of New Brunswick… please do a video on Sackville New Brunswick
Nicely done video ❤️🙌
Thank you!
Really enjyed this video,
Thank you, we're very glad you enjoyed it!

Good idea, we'll keep that in mind.
Thank tyou for sharing, I just want to ask about the tax rate in Saint John,
Property tax? Income tax?
Skidville😂😂 Are the autumns usually this beautiful here? It's been amazing and am wondering if this year has just been an exception?

@@WeLoveSaintJohn Yes it's going to be hard being away from all that rain lol! We're looking forward to some white stuff😁
My ENT (Dr. Morgan Langille) is in your doc building too. Small world, isn’t it. Lol.
Small world, small city.
Are barfights still a thing? Prior to leaving Saint John ages ago (after growing up there), Prince William St. was barfight central. As was the Three Mile and the AQ.
Wendy and I are never out late enough to know anything about that.
The company I work for has an office in Abbotsford.

Always enjoy your videos.

Yes, I have sour memories of the endless rain. People are definitely joining the M.E.T.H.O.D movement.
The weather here is the same basically… some winters we get 8 degrees every day with super strong wind 😂
It seems like the winter there is how it use to be in Toronto in the 1980 and 1900s
Ok, not sure what you mean by that.
You said you help out with a place to live for cheap.where do I find this
Do you get much freezing rain making the roads icy?
The roads are very will maintained in winter. We've never had any problems.
How is the transit system there?
Transit is by bus only and I understand it's quite good for a city this size.
The church at 10:20 will be an indoor rock climbing facility.
You always have the inside scoop. Thanks Andrew!
You guys do more to promote Saint John than the city or province.
Thank you! We try to show the city as it really is and allow the city to promote itself.
Are there any kfc's in Saint John?
Yes there are 2. One on the west side and one on the east side.
