When buying MBs of this age, checking out the condition of the vacuum system is a must. Great if maintained well. If not a bit of a hassle to fix. Especially the vacuum system which may cause the Bosch Jetronic CIS fuel injection system to work poorly(petrol engines). Also be on the lookout for models from late 91 - 97 as they had biodegradable wire harnesses. The monoblade wiper with the eccentric mechanism covers 86% of the windscreen when working perfectly. The eccentric mechanism too would need lubrication after all these years. ATF fluid is best instead of grease which cakes overtime and clogs up

w124 E200 වගේම E300 දෙකම පාවිච්චි කරපු කෙනෙක් හැටියට මගේ අත්දැකීමට අනුව හොඳට maintain කරපු w124 එකක් ටොයොටා වාහනයක් වගේ හොඳට දුවන්න පුළුවන් බය නැතුව. බෙන්ස් වලින් ගහපු reliable ම E class එක තමයි w124 එක. දැන් වගේ අවුරුදු 5-10 life cycle වලට ගහපු කාර් නෙමෙයි.තෙල් ගත්තාම E200 එක තමයි හොඳටම කරන්නේ (කොළඹ 12ක් වගේ කරනවා). E300 එකත් 10ක් වගේ කොළඹ කරනවා. w124 දැන් ගණන් යන්නේ 27- 35 වගේ වෙනකන්. E200 නම් 30න් අඩුවට ගන්න පුළුවන්. E300 එක 30න් උඩ වගේ තමයි හොඳ කන්ඩිශන් වාහනයක්. හොඳටම තියෙන එකක් 35-40 අතර වගේ.
දැන් තියෙන මාකට් එකත් එක්ක හොඳ කන්ඩිශන් E300 එකක් 35-40ත් වගේ වෙනවා. හැබැයි ඒක හොඳ ආයෝජනයක්. මේ මොඩල් එකේ පාට්ස් උත් තියෙනවා. එකම දේ නඩත්තුවට හොඳ බෙන්ස් ගැරේජ් එකක් හොයාගන්න එක. එතනින් එහාට ලොකු දෙයක් නැහැ. සැප පහසුව, ආරක්ෂාව, නඩත්තු ගාස්තු අතින් ඔය price range එකෙ තියෙන ජපන් වාහන වලට වඩා මේක ඉදිරියෙන් ඉන්නවා.
