Congratulations on passing your training. You can list your completed courses and training under 'Education" or 'Professional Development', and the yet unearned official certification in a 'Certifications' section listed as, for example, Comptia net+, expected [date].

Where to mention the certificate you get for participation in some event like a case study competition?

If it is only a certificate for participating, mention it in your cover letter, but not in your resume. If you received the certificate because you did very well, include an "Awards" section on your resume and put it there. Focus your resume on your accomplishments.

Usually, if the name of the certified course is easy to understand, then you don't need to include a description.

If you are pretty sure that you will be completing the certification, then yes, include it on your resume. For the date of the certification, write "Expected June 2021"

I have not used it, but when I looked at their website it reminds me of Coursera or EdX, so I would say yes, but it really depends on the courses or certifications you choose.
