    Really enjoyed this class. We find ourselves seeking out the beach classes and the balance of strength and relaxation is just right. Also, Tim, we love that you don't yap on about nothing during the poses (like some teachers); whilst we like some explanation of the philosophy of the practice, mostly we want to focus on getting the postures right and also the flow.     Amazing! I love linking balance postures so doing eagle to warrior 3 was totally brilliant. I love how you helped us activate before going into dancers. I've been easing my way back into a regular practice and this flow helped me feel like I'm ready for more than I realize. Thanks, namaste.

    I enjoyed this video a lot!! The sound of the waves was wonderful, but was there construction going on in the background? I thought I heard hammering and a saw?

    This was amazing. I loved the strong flowy feeling of the class. And that going back from upward-facing dog to chatturanga was truly evil :-D

    I have a dream-related shoulder injury (I have no idea what happened but I know my dreams were crazy that night) and I haven't been able to clear it for 4 or 5 days. Well, it still hurts after this yoga flow, but during it it never pained me once! Maybe I need to move like I'm always doing yoga. 🧘‍♂️🕉

    Hey Tim, another great class -- you're really switching it up with the backbends in this one. I was looking for a video you made a while back when some of your "Movement with Tim" workouts were posted. It was a core workout (not a yoga flow, but a series of core-strengthening exercises) that was about 20-25 minutes long, and at the end you included a series of hip-strengthening leg lifts. I can't seem to find this video anymore. Can you help?

    Awesome class!!! Eagle to warrior was amazing!!!! But I do need lots of practice from eagle to warrior transition. Will do this sequence at lease once a week..the whole transition I was like.. I hate you Tim 😂 As always your classes are the best!! Loved the beach class 👍🙂

    Any advice on how to work up to chaturanga? I've never been able to have my elbows bent, even when at my strongest! Loved having the sea in the background, and being made to work hard but gently.

    This was a wonderful class. Love the ocean sounds in the background. I had to modify a few moves but the definitely got my body moving and stretching which I needed. I love backbend in any form. Thank you Amber for wonderful demonstrations.

    Really enjoyed the sequence and loved the sound of the waves in the background. I think that helped me settle more than usual and last through the whole class. Washed away the list of things to do forming in my head.
