Deeeefinitely sounds at least 60% rougher on the good side. A friend said how it feels like the akrap "chokes" the engine and you mentioned that it feels slower. Maybe it's the same thing? But the numbers show that it's not physically slowing the bike down so it could just be that the system in its entirety demands to be pushed harder. As a passenger, ngl the sound can be a bit too loud. Wouldn't dare go long without earplugs. I wonder how tuning will affect it. If it'll cause a bit more backfiring or whatnot. Maybe. Maybe not. WE SHALL SEE (and I'll be taking notes).
hehe riding it to work two days in a row now. oh boy, is all i can say. its quite impressive for being a beginner bike for sure. i really wanted to capture the feeling to be as real to life as possible. headphones reccomended to get the full experience haha. having a catalytic converter delete is so crazy iv never had this experience before. it only makes the extra horsepower if its properly tuned hehe. Iv been riding at wide open throttle for each gear and its so crazy loud, but theres something missing, that only a tune will correct. hehe passenger ? what happen to the cfmoto . still wainting for the review.
@@OneSmallFavour getting my baby to a local crash bar expert on the 28th. Hopefully some more riding after that. And yeah... Akrapovič is very popular here. Even saw it on a proper vespa once! But felt it solely as a passenger on some past mistake's bike. Haven't had the chance to actually try it myself. Btw, if there's a possibility, report on what exactly changed when tuned.
@@Harpeia hehe, im going into 2wheeldynoworks in the coming days. Ill share as much as possible with the experience and crew there. installing some frame protection or what lol? Also haha at past mistake.. funny way to say that. Exhaust is like a switch, but both binary and analog.
@@OneSmallFavour yeah, basically frame protection! I want the bike to be safe because the learning curve is pretty steep when your feet dangle above the ground. The poor thing already had to lay down a bit to rest. Just two minor scratches but that was enough to make the decision. Very much looking forward to updates! It's easier to learn from someone that isn't overexplaining the process and actually giving genuine first time experience feedback. Or maybe I'm old as balls idk
