You're able to communicate your expectations clearly and probe when your team turns in a deliverable. You have clearly shown that one must not have an indepth or expert knowledge on software, data, UI/UX & business but must understand how the system works to achieve an organization's PRODUCT objective. Hi Tobi! Really insightful video. I think there was a small issue with the audio in this video - when I listen with headphones, the sound comes out mostly from the left ear (I checked my headphones with other audio and it's fine). Just something that you might have missed if you don't use headphones regularly!
