Hi Tobi, Your content has been crucial to my journey as a newbie PM. The tips you shared in previous helped me transition from law to product management within a year. I have been able to land my first PM role and I've been on the job now for three months. I struggle to share ideas, fearing they might not measure up, but your insights are helping me gain confidence. I've quickly learned the importance of prioritising time and recognizing when meetings could be emails. As someone who looks up to you, these tips shared in these videos are very valuable and I will inculcate them in my career. Thank youuuu
yess staying organized and getting pulled in multiple directions is so tough sometimes 😅 I also wonder if you have a template for your decision log or even just column/heading suggestions for that type of document cos that is such a great idea, thanks 💕
It’s really challenging! I joined a new team and it has been a struggle to protect my energy as I’m pulled in different directions while building my knowledge. I don’t have a fancy template for this. The columns I have: Decision type, decision, rationale, what options were rejected, notes - where I capture pattern tracking and document if there was a need to revisit the decision + details.
Hi Tobi. Your video was very informative. I watched previous videos…Did you by chance complete any boot camps or did you read books and listen to podcasts?
hi tobi thank you for all you do please i would love to ask as a product manager what programming language do you use in you day to day work ,and also tools please this question has being on my mind to ask you . and do i need a programming background to go into a product management
Most product managers don’t need to code. I don’t use any programming language for my day to day work. This video will help! th-cam.com/video/eYPnb3tKD5I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=9q3wevxiyipus4Y9
