So obvious but we keep forgetting to have fun along the way! Great reminder.

Really? Having fun while playing people off?

Stellar take on Founder Mode and how to seeing your founder as a resource who can help you get leverage. I also love the idea of approaching a founder's idea with curiosity even if you disagree on the surface and trying to diagnose what they are trying to accomplish so you can work together toward an optimal solution you both are aligned on. Great episode.

No one has the energy to be so microstrategic and finnicky about their day. Not the majority and not even most sane people. She is talking about very few who have the natural ability to be so detail oriented and plan everything. Doesnt apply to most. Most people are normal not crazy.

Excited to listen to this later today. Just wanted to drop a note to say that your ability to ask insightful question, push speakers to dive deeper and consistently upload quality content that seem to be getting better iteratively is the reason I've got really excited about podcasts for the first time. I've just cleared my YT unsubscription list (200+) and the only channel I re-subscribed to is yours Lenny. Keep up the awesome work!
