Just talked to the TF counter manager. He confirmed GV Parfum, the Myrrh fragrance. He also said Cafe Rose is moving to the Signature Line. He confirmed Vanilla Sex as well. I also bought Soleil de Fue. It’s awesome compared to electric cherry. It’s a smoky woody vanilla/tuberose vibe for summer. He also told me that they were introducing signature series in 30ml.
But that's happening with all brands. Just Tom Ford had an extreme price hike. Chanel, Dior have raised their prices like 3 times since 2021/2022! Annoying!
I got a smell of this Soleil De Feu at Selfridges the other day, rumoured to be dropping next month. It has the same DNA as soleil blanc, that sun creamy type of vibe, but this had a lovely woodyness like the woods in Ebene Fume, I liked it a lot. Just received a 100ml Grey Vetiver Parfum from an eBay seller in London this morning. It doesn’t seem to be available via high street retailers as yet either, with some Tom Ford concessions in department stores telling me that they aren’t even aware of it but it is available at some UK airports from World Duty Free at £94.80 for 50ml & £130.35 for 100ml. Also can’t find any press about it from Estée Lauder/Tom Ford but it definitely exists as I have my hands….. and nose on it!
I own at least 30 Tom Ford fragrances in his Private Blend and all of his signature line, which are enough for me. I do not have any of his newer ones like Lost Cherry, etc. I do have his Black Orchid parfum version of his signature line and many others in his signature line and do not see me buying many more of his fragrances except the upcoming myhre one may intrigue me.
For me, it’s very difficult to figure out what direction things are going at Tom Ford. Now that Estée Lauder owns them, things feel very random and arbitrary there, without any real vision or strategy. I have been a TF customer in the past, but now I will proceed with caution. Definitely would not blind buy anything new or re-released.

BUT if I was to take a stab at cold fragrance notes; you’ve got juniper, mint, blackcurrant (smw vibes?) These notes can give a fresh and vibrant feel. Even though Tom Ford could just build a scent entirely out of mint which would be cool. Could make the bottle a pale blue colour too. I do agree with a lot of the comments. Tom Ford should just go back to their roots. As we’ve all said for years. Let’s just hope those prices come down as well.
Grey Vetiver Parfum is now out. Available at airports in the UK. Nothing on Fragrantica or Tom Ford website yet which is strange. Not much of a difference between EDP and Parfum, however Parfum comes accross more spicy, richer with more depth. I believe there is a subtle (very subtle) leather accord added to the Parfum (at least to my nose).
Myrrhe is supposed to come out end of 2023. Black Orchid EDT is also coming back. Frostbite and the other stuff you mentioned aren’t fragrances. Soleil de Feu and Grey Vetiver Parfum are already out in some countries/stores.
Didn't Tom Ford get sold? Or the parent company. I really love Tom Ford scents and only owned two cause of the intense prices mostly. I did treat myself with Oud Wood and Tobacco Vanille. My favorite. I'm so astonished and blown away by the Maison Alhambra pretty much direct copies of their private line or label, those in that identical bottle. The Maison Alhambra bottles are literally identical in every way. The Woody Oud I have and Tobacco Touch are so good. Hate to say it but I take the short cut and go with the clones. They just are that good and for the price.

Tom Ford Myrrhe Mystère, Vanilla Sex & Soleil Bikini are already registered tardemarks so it sounds like those are coming soon. Ombré leather edt is unnecessary imo. In fact I would love an Ombre Leather Intense since I didnt really like the parfum version.

Possibly Black lacquer and gold bikini, vanilla sex are some other names, but I'm sure you found out by now. I sniffed all the tom fords in January, they updated some sites. Some may still be cancelled, as some have been before and never made it to the store. So they are MOST LIKELY going to hit stores, but they may be stopped if you know what hits the fan. I think Rouge or white suede may be moved soon if they haven't been already, but you didn't hear that from me.
I want to see Mandarino Di Amalfi brought to the signature line like how they did with Costa Azzurra. They discontinued Mandarino Di Amalfi Acqua so I’m hoping there is a chance. MDA is my favorite blue fragrance by far.
Ombre Leather EDP is good enough. A Parfum of Grey Vetiver is intriguing. And a good Tom Ford frag name is Beau de Jour, which happens to be my favorite Tom Ford. The x rated names are stupid.

Also, my impression of Ombre Leather Parfum is that it is nice, and strong, but more one-dimensional than the original EDP. I'm not sure what direction an edt formulation would go in. And as far as myrrh, when it's on its own, it smells quite close to leather, so I wonder how they're going to differentiate it from their classic leather-forward offerings, and hoping it won't be with the typical incense notes you'd expect.
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver is my signature and I have been looking for incense to layer it with. Have layered with Dzonkha and Kyoto which both worked well, but still on a hunt. If I could find an Incense-forward vetiver with similar vibe I get when layering Tom Form then that would be perfect.
Hmm, so much mystery around some of these. Myrrh Mystere and Gray Vetiver Parfum could be interesting to me but it will heavily depend on price. I just can't justfy buyimg many of their scents now because the prices have just become ridiculous.
Frostbite might be TF's take on TDH Eau Givree? christine Nagel came up with an amazing summer scent there! So other designers and perfumers coming up with their interpretation would not surprise me and might give rise to some great fragrances!

I purchased a new bottle of Grey Vetiver EDP recently and the concentration is extremely weak (more like an EDT). I even tested it side-by-side with an old tester bottle at my local Tom Ford boutique and it was noticeably lighter. It wouldn't surprise me if Tom Ford re-released what used to be their regular EDP version and pass it off as a "new Parfum" concentrated version.
I saw a pic of Soleil De Feu, but I can't remember where, but I really don't know anything about it or about any other of the ones you mentioned. I remember I saw a picture of Ébène Fumé long before it was released, that's the only one. I'm always interested in what TF releases. Thank youSebastian!!!
I love Cherry Smoke but Electric Cherry is awful! It smells like a cheap spray from Bath & Body Works. Thankfully I had a sample to try. I bought a bottle of Cherry Smoke though. I’m going to check EBay for new Tom Ford. I won’t blind buy any expensive fragrance without getting a sample first

When he sold the clothing part of his company to EL (which already owned Tom Ford Beauty since the beginning) it was said that he had agreed to stay on as creative director during 2023 - after that if he decides to exit & sit at home counting his money then I’m sure EL will tone down the ‘cringe’ tiles if he does decide he doesn’t want to be involved any more.
Sadly I feel now that Tom Ford has sold his company, there will be less interest in his fragrances, to me his input/style is the brand.. I have the feeling he’s headed for more film making, going forward…which I look forward too as he’s a brilliant filmmaker..

If Grey Vetiver parfum does come out, I'm fully expecting another overdose of woody ambers. It's almost par for the course nowadays and very often used with vetiver accords to add spiciness. What they need to do is make an edt of Vert d'Encens and put it in the signature collection. Would go well with Beau de Jour.

I love both current versions of Ombré Leather. I'm not sure what to think of an Edt version - in general I don't enjoy Edt concentration perfumes.

I saw Tobacco Oud back on Tom Ford counter again few weeks ago
