So, Manor has a lot of new residential developments. How long do you think it will be before more casual dining restaurants and big box retailers start to move in?
There are a lot of commercial things coming around that area where H‑E‑B is coming as well as over in the wild horse area closer to the toll road. I’m sure as that built out there will be a lot of new options for things to do in Manor. In addition to H‑E‑B, I saw that it looks like there will be a lowes in that development as well.
Manor, Texas? I work in Manor and its a dump. Been here since 74 and the rule of thumb is that you do not buy property east of IH-35 if thinking about living in the Austin area. Avoid Manor, Kyle, Buda, Pflugerville, Round Rock if it is east of IH-35.
Pleaase elaborate. I was deciding between east Austin or Manor, it looks like there isn't anything out there, but it's a better value for the real estate. It appears that austin will become like DC, and Manor could be the new northern Virginia.
@@PPCCO. there is just no infrastructure out here. Traffic is absolutely horrendous all the time, roads are in terrible shape….we travel everywhere to get groceries, go out to eat, get gas….it just sucks.
If you think as an investor you would recognize that manor is a gold mine that is on the verge of discovery. Bought my house in 2019 for $190,000 now its valued in the mid $300 's
Dude that first neighborhood has me considering moving! Wow. What a beautiful place and loaded with amenities
It really does have a good bit to offer. Thanks for leaving a comment!

I 1,000,000% regret moving to Manor in 2022. Can’t wait to leave.
