These are all nice in general, I was hoping for more news on rails or trams connecting downtown austin to the greater Austin area such as far south and far north. I know we're still looking at developing the mega project of connecting the Texas triad with a high speed train but I don't think I'll be alive to see that happen.

Like that Uptown ATX will be connected to the rail line, but people will still drive in and the road system around the Domain was terribly designed, especially with 2 lane Gracy Farms and Schwab's private road.

Water? It’s already a problem. Traffic is horrible? It’s horrible….I have 7 new stop lights to drive thru to work I did not have 3 years ago! Crime is horrible and the city council does not give a damn! Homeless people are a huge problem! This pretty much sums it up! Oh on a positive note you’re a good speaker!

I heard Brodie Oaks redevelopment is paused, and they’re re-offering leases to tenants they’ve kicked out the past couple years. Fact check me

Austin is too full as it is and needs fewer development projects. Fix the issues like traffic and parking before any more additions.

Is there a reason you don't show maps of the areas you cover in any of your videos?

Thanks for watching! Hmm, are you skipping around when you tune into the videos? Most videos, including this one, utilize maps throughout.

Don't worry about it, which is probably the case. Will find a realtor that answers questions in a timely fashion.

@@theeverydailyshowyou should find a realtor that caters to morons because the video has maps unless you are blind. You weren’t going to use her anyways. Just a stupid comment.

Don’t come to Austin. Rent is way over priced just like homes for sale, traffic-don’t get me started on that, homeless camps and people are out of control, we have a weak city council and Mayor, crime is way up after the police dept. got defunded, then we have a soft on crime DA.

In other words it’s a typical Democrats run city😂😂😂
