We spotted a familiar looking machine in one of the images in this video! 👀 Great job outlining the pros and cons of floor scrubbers-- the good news is there's a solution for every application.
Couldn't agree more! It's awesome to see a comment from you. We'd love to speak with your team about some collaboration videos. Who is the best person to contact/email to reach you at?
Some of the cons of these machines are, training staff on these machines is crucial otherwise these get abused sometimes also result property damage. If something goes wrong with the machine its expensive to repair and finding good technician or proper customer care from manufacturers is other battle. But on the positive side of things, they definitely increase productivity.
Thanks for the video. Question - how do you all think about productivity rates when bidding and assuming machinery? Should we pass along the productivity savings to the customer or do you all keep a portion of those profits? For example, you could bid the building assuming you utilize a standard mop and bucket but buy the machine and keep the delta in the productivity, and thus make a return on your capital investment. However, you could be outbid by someone assuming a machine production rate and not taking a return but using to lower bid. How do we think about that balance?
That is an excellent question! Renting or purchasing a pre owned auto scrubber may be the way to go. It can help with increased efficiency and production that may help with purchasing a new unit moving forward.

Very nice, do a video for autonomous vacuum cleaners for professional use.
First! This was awesome thank you. Any recommendations for someone on a budget tired of breaking their back? Asking for a friend 👀
