Wondering why I never stumbled over your TH-cam channel before. Awesome. Great playthrough. Clear, precise. Clear and calm English. No stupid gimmicks. The game is at the center, not the presenter. Not a ton of nervewrecking ummmmms, errrrrs, no sniffing, goughing or distracting background noise. Filmed nicely. Question: Noticed the wooden (?) sheet holder or whatever one calls it. Self made? If not where could one by them? I like the curve effect. Maybe you explained it somewhere in the previous Fields of Fire 2: Mission 1 Peleliu Playthrough intro. If so I overheard it. After watching (I'm actually halfway through) I put this game on the top of my "What to buy list for 2020." Watching some mentions on other channels Top 5, Top 10 lists etc, or unboxing videos, some just terrible, I got impressed, but when I saw the parts and how the game would work my interest dropped. Until I saw your two videos I have watched so far, I got a feel of the actual process. Resulting in your fine effort (the way a Brit would say it) you got me hooked and being sure when dishing out my money for FoF 2 I won't be wasting my money on a game being in one of many shelves unplayed.
I played this mission with row 1 being the set-up location of the marines. I had a heck of a time clearing out the Japanese. Your way with the PC counters on Row 4 will provide an interesting battle but with only four turns, I wonder if they can reach the Marine lines. Looking forward to seeing how it plays out..

How do you use general initiative impulse on two different units? Is it allowed?
Certainly can. Rulebook says any units in play.
Anything to prevent breaking up the MG plt and assigned individual MG teams to the platoons? Too many "points" per LVT?

That was an error which I correct later in the vid. Too many numbers....
How can the CO give commands to the PLT HQ's when there is no LOS (radios).
Because each platoon HQ has a radio on the appropriate net. All of the radios are on the command display.
