This is awesome. Been a Reds fan my whole life. I was 15 when they won this series. As big of a upset as there's ever been in baseball. Still can't believe its been 30 years since this happened.

Wire-to-wire Reds were an incredible team. You might see a team like that once in a lifetime!

I wish I could go back in time to these days the early 90's. I was 10 years old and life was still magical. We had mom and pops video rental stores, arcades, great music, great movies that didnt overly rely on special effects. Everything was just more simple and my Reds we're on fire taking over baseball. Man those were the greatest days ever.

The 1990 Reds came out of nowhere for this, and went away as quickly as they came.

Rus D: I was only 4, but I remember my dad got 2 tickets to the NLCS against Pittsburgh and tickets to the Bengals VS Steelers also my first NFL game , but it was the first time I went to a live Reds Game instead of watching them on big floor model Sony TV and to been able to see this amazing team play along side my dad was truly memorable. Sadly my dad passed away 2 years ago and so all I have left are the memories. It was truly amazing to see this again after all these years! So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you for posting this! Thank you so Much!!!

the game where, after years or being derided as not tough enough, Eric Davis LACERATES A KIDNEY and stays in the game.

Out-hit, out-pitched, out-coached, out-played, The Reds were better in every facet. FACTS

Lou's decision to leave Rijo to start the 9th would've been blasphemous in 2024. Great times.

Everyone seemed to think the Reds had no chance but the fact is they were in first place since opening day.

Ricky Henderson great player but a crybaby after Reds went up 3-0 said Reds getting all the breaks, when you get swept the Reds kicked your ass.
