- As much as I want to finish painting the car, there's not much point if I can't make it drive, so it's time to get an engine into this car and make sure I can get it running and driving again.

looking really good! I love how you mixed some Si bits into it as well. loving the seats in there. and the exhaust is a nice touch. Great work!! Can't wait for a proper drive on it.
Thanks man. Mostly working with what I've got and trying to make things match, but there are some Si bits I just prefer to HF.
I'm surprised you only have 390 subscribers. The content I've seen warrants more.
I appreciate that. I normally don't upload very often because I can't make the content that fast so TH-cam probably doesn't recommend my channel that much. It will grow over time though.
I like the 91 the first one
this is great
🔥🔥🔥
i don’t think i mentioned it when we talked about it but my 45mpg run was on the super light civic hx wheels
Well, that's good to know. I'm sure the HF wheels will be similar. I used to get around 36-38 with my first CRX, which had an SI engine, DX trans, and some Motegi wheels, so I'm sure it will be better than that at least. Lol
I will bet you get 50mpg with that setup. I have an 89 si. I built a a6 bottom end with a d16y8 vtec head, comp cams Stage 2 cam 60mm gsr throttlebody ported tobthe y8 intake manifold with the stock crx si tranny and I get 37mpg consistently and have seen 43mpg with that setup. I'm positive it would get 50mpg with a taller 5th gear. That setup dynoed 135hp 118tq at 4500 feet above sea level.
I like the way your crx it's looking. Im womdering where did you get those b.calipers and b.lines- calipers look so sweet!!
Thanks. I got the left caliper and all the brake hoses from Rock Auto. The right caliper was out of stock everywhere, so I actually had to rebuild that one myself, but the rebuild kit still came from Rock Auto and I painted both calipers with some VHT caliper paint.
Put the other one
