Yes. Microsoft has temporarily banned your IP address/session. You will need to wait 4+ hours and try again. Changing to a VPN will not fix this. Waiting is the only fix.
I am getting an error message from Microsoft saying We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities are band from using this service.
Microsoft has temporarily banned your IP address from downloading the Windows 11 ISO file. Please wait 6+ hours and try again. Also, when you select the different options in the Fido script portion of the video (language, edition, etc.), try to pick them with a 30-second pause between each selection. This will also stop Microsoft's servers from temporarily banning you from downloading.
I still wonder about my old CPU instruction set? Will Windows 11 function properly on the instruction set? MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, EM64T, Thanks =R=
What processor do you have? I don't see SSE 4.2 in your list, and you will need that. Microsoft changed their actual source/compiled code to not work with any processor lacking that instruction set with Windows 11 24H2. The previous builds of Windows 11 did not have that requirement.
Hi there! After following the instructions I get into the installation and then it is interrupted with a message simply stating: "The Windows Server installation has failed." my PC is unchanged no restarts or anything. Any ideas? I got so excited and then it just failed haha
I haven't heard anyone mention this issue in the comments yet. At what part of the installation process do you get this message? Is it after you opt to keep your current files, settings, and documents? Or is it before that?
@@BeYourOwnNerd Thank you so much for responding! It happens after I get through those preliminary menus and it goes to the blue screen. I've already seen it. I forgot I had signed up for the MS Insider's Program. So when I upgraded using this method (upgrade worked flawlessly), Win11 eventually downloaded a preview version named [Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.2510 (ge_release upr) (repair version)]. Please see my video on how to fix this issue: th-cam.com/video/eXKgU0o4JSg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=HyNI3ldzungKF36a
Sorry, I didn't realize you were already replying to my new video. If you get a permission error, Microsoft has temporarily blocked your IP address/session. You will need to wait 4+ hours, then try again.
followed instructions still gets error
What error message/number are you getting?
@@BeYourOwnNerd I got it working What I did I went to REGEDIT and eliminated all occurrences of Flyby then ran the program again
@@larrylewandowski3830 Nice! Thanks for letting me know. 🙂
Not workkng. 😢
Did you get an error message?
Microsoft rolled it back, “because of unsafe boot”. This ends with Linux Mint!🤷♂️
Still didn't work for me
What issue/error are you getting?
No go. Wish you would just do a new video with everything from start to finish. Here is the message I got. Error. We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities' & locations are banned from using this service etc. Now that I wrote this is appears it is downloading win 11 anyway. We shall see.
That error occurs when Microsoft temporarily blocks your IP address from accessing its download servers. It usually clears up in 6+ hours. Also, if you have a VPN, please turn it off. Microsoft does not allow downloading Windows ISO files with a VPN connection.
@@BeYourOwnNerd Thanks man. Even though I got the message it downloaded. I'm still debating whether to switch from win 10. What do you thing about 11? Willing to learn a new win but don't want to regret it.
@@pnew1537 You're welcome! There's no rush to upgrade to Windows 11 right away. You can stick with Windows 10 until support ends in October 2025. After that, you can upgrade to Windows 11 or pay Microsoft $30 for an extra year of Windows 10 security updates, extending support until October 2026.
As for Windows 11, I personally love it. I've had no issues with it at all. While some people claim to dislike it, I haven’t seen any solid reasons behind their complaints. So far, it’s been incredibly stable for me, gaming performance is excellent, and I’ve have it running smoothly on at least five different machines.
I am creating a new video that teaches anyone how to make Windows 11 look and behave like Windows 10. 🙂
I’d prefer to stick with Win10 and pay the $30.
You know that Microsoft allows full upgrade to Win 11 now? It was announced a few days ago. So no need to do this.
Not true. Microsoft reiterated in an official blog post on Dec. 3, 2024, that TPM is still and always will be required for Windows 11. www.theverge.com/2024/12/4/24312928/microsoft-windows-11-older-hardware-tpm-support
