Marketing will start when her full album is released later this year. There's only one EP with 6 songs she's released from RR now, and they haven't started marketing until the full album is released!. Republic Records know 100% what they are doing? I think a lot of people don't realize how much Angelina has done in her short life (17). She performed FIFA AWARD song, and performed in front of 40 000 people only 11 years old invited by Norah Jones. She was also specially invited by Quincy Jones to perform on his 85th birthday in the O2 arena / London. And so on goes the list... She has over 250 songs on TH-cam with cover songs and many originals. Angelina also plays piano and guitar. This was the only artist i felt i had to support to try to make the win. She was too special to miss by not supporting her. She won with 46% of all votes given in the final. As good as this is ( and it's very good) I suggest you watch some of Angelina when she is 10 singing with Engel ( probably got that name wrong) or 12 with Ivan (both guitarists). Many of these are eyewatering good (Stay, Million Years Ago, How Great Thou Art, California Dreaming, Titanium etc, etc). Then move on to AGT when she is 13. Many Angels think her 10 to 12 years are amongst her best. Very nice reaction, thank you.

It was I believe all kids for the second-round elimination... but not the other rounds ( I can't explain more but perhaps someone can !): the child singers all had to perform either acapella or accompanying themselves on an instrument: Angelina's acapella "I'm a Fool" is just astonishing. During "Summertime", where you ask "Did she just countdown" - what she actually did was sing Louis Armstrong's line from his duet of the song with Ella Fitzgerald: "Don't you say no..." Angelina clearly based her version on that duet - and yes that was the last round which led to her winning over all, with about 45% of all the votes... She's incredible: indeed a GOAT.

The first audition, televised, performers get a yes or no. The second audition, the group onstage, performers were eliminated to 'fit'' numbers to the broadcast schedule. That's my understanding.
I prefer the L o n g Gloomy Sunday version of her audition at 6:+ minutes with English sub-titles. It gives you a better feel of her experience at Norway's Got Talent & a deeper appreciation of her durability ! take care, rh
The first performance was her audition. Second audition was with No music and that was the judges cuts show. During the first two auditions she was 7 years old . By the time the show started airing live she had turned 8 . If you can find the video, she was in a room with the trumpet player and another guy and whoever was filming, practicing her final performance. The trumpet player was not giving her the lead in to the song as she wanted. The first sound from the trumpet in her performance came from Angelina’s mouth, she made the sound in practice so he could copy it.
That was a wonderful reaction and commentary DonVon...enjoyed this and appreciation for bringing the entire 4 performances to us. At the end when they announce her winning, the woman holding up the Louis Armstrong poster is her Grandma Mery....her biggest influence for her love of old time Jazz and blues. They briefly showed her father as well in the audience. She won around $47,000 USD and donated the majority of the winnings to children's charities.....this who she was even at this age...a kind, humble, caring , sweet and classy young women....and still is at age 17 now. 2nd performance was an impromptu elimination round since they selected too many contestants to go into the next round of the competition, no backing track but those with instruments were allowed to play notice girl in red in tears by the end, whether shattered dreams or just struck by the beauty of the performance ...
The judge that 1st interviewed her ,Omer Bhatti, a couple of years after she won, was visiting his visiting his friends the Jacksons at Christmas time and introduced AJ's singing to Michael's mother
You understand Angelina very well already. She is the only one who decides what she will sing and yes, she dearly loves jazz. Her mom, Sara, said that she tried to get her to sing "kid" songs, but Angie refused. There is a funny video of her (about 5) at a school Christmas show. The kids are singing and the camera panned toward Angelina....she looked straight at it and shook her head .. no. AJ absolutely has the "it factor". It may be hard to believe but she improved in every way by the age of 10. There are so many outstanding performances at 10, and then she just keeps improving.

I think when you asked is she counting down, it is a breath technique she used. There is vid out there where she is interviewed at a young age and she "teaches" the interviewer how to sing and she takes quick, short little inhale exhale breaths. As good as this is ( and it's very good) I suggest you watch some of Angelina when she is 10 singing with Engel ( probably got that name wrong) or 12 with Ivan (both guitarists). Many of these are eyewatering good (Stay, Million Years Ago, How Great Thou Art, California Dreaming, Titanium etc, etc). Then move on to AGT when she is 13. Many Angels think her 10 to 12 years are amongst her best. Very nice reaction, thank you.

It was I believe all kids for the second-round elimination... but not the other rounds ( I can't explain more but perhaps someone can !): the child singers all had to perform either acapella or accompanying themselves on an instrument: Angelina's acapella "I'm a Fool" is just astonishing. During "Summertime", where you ask "Did she just countdown" - what she actually did was sing Louis Armstrong's line from his duet of the song with Ella Fitzgerald: "Don't you say no..." Angelina clearly based her version on that duet - and yes that was the last round which led to her winning over all, with about 45% of all the votes... She's incredible: indeed a GOAT.

The second round was the cut to get into the Semifinals, the semifinals was the first televised round where she sang “Bang Bang”.
The first audition, televised, performers get a yes or no. The second audition, the group onstage, performers were eliminated to 'fit'' numbers to the broadcast schedule. That's my understanding.
There were 2 judges cuts rounds with no audience .
I prefer the L o n g Gloomy Sunday version of her audition at 6:+ minutes with English sub-titles. It gives you a better feel of her experience at Norway's Got Talent & a deeper appreciation of her durability !

The first performance was her audition. Second audition was with No music and that was the judges cuts show. During the first two auditions she was 7 years old . By the time the show started airing live she had turned 8 . If you can find the video, she was in a room with the trumpet player and another guy and whoever was filming, practicing her final performance. The trumpet player was not giving her the lead in to the song as she wanted. The first sound from the trumpet in her performance came from Angelina’s mouth, she made the sound in practice so he could copy it.
That second song had no music it was acapella, how could she do it? Bang Bang, My Baby Shot Me Down was a great surprise!!! Wow!

At the end when they announce her winning, the woman holding up the Louis Armstrong poster is her Grandma Mery....her biggest influence for her love of old time Jazz and blues. They briefly showed her father as well in the audience. She won around $47,000 USD and donated the majority of the winnings to children's charities.....this who she was even at this age...a kind, humble, caring , sweet and classy young women....and still is at age 17 now. You understand Angelina very well already. She is the only one who decides what she will sing and yes, she dearly loves jazz. Her mom, Sara, said that she tried to get her to sing "kid" songs, but Angie refused. There is a funny video of her (about 5) at a school Christmas show. The kids are singing and the camera panned toward Angelina....she looked straight at it and shook her head .. no. AJ absolutely has the "it factor". It may be hard to believe but she improved in every way by the age of 10. There are so many outstanding performances at 10, and then she just keeps improving.

I think when you asked is she counting down, it is a breath technique she used. There is vid out there where she is interviewed at a young age and she "teaches" the interviewer how to sing and she takes quick, short little inhale exhale breaths.
