Good video. Glad to see those old pieces of our history going to good homes as has been already mentioned. Secondly thanks for not trying to make more of this adventure than what it is with unnecessary music and special editing.
My first car was (is) a 1950 Plymouth. 49 years later, I still own it. So these cars have a special place in my heart. Good luck getting both cars back on the road!
So envious of the job you guys have there. I can almost smell the aroma of all them old relics sitting there just resting waiting on the next adventure. Another great video
Thank you. I contacted Joe. I'm not a flipper, just want to semi-restore -and keep. These old American cars mean a lot to me. I also consider them historical artifacts. Keep doing what you're doing, great stuff!
Just paid a visit to the rust ranch! If anyone needs parts please contact Joe he's very friendly accommodating and reasonable! Thanks again Joe! Don and Paula
I appreciate the way you work on the little things like getting the wheels on , no nonsense hustle get the job done. Its easy to tell you are a pro at it during the week. It would be great to find you show up some cold night on a breakdown on a desolate road.
been watching a lot of car rescues of late. just like everybody else I like to see history saved and take heart in the sentimental nostalgia to capture the personal memories and art of those times before it all turns to dust.
Well i'm glad to see these cars are no long just rusting in the woods, even if you can't restore them the parts should be good for keeping other cars alive.
It's strange seeing this place almost cleaned out, compared to the first videos that you shot here. Great to see these old cars finding new homes instead of rusting away forever in that spot...
Que lindo esta el plymouth para lijarlo sacarle todo el óxido y darle una laca Unas buenas llantas Onda rat Me gustó mucho el vídeo amigo Saludos desde Argentina
Looking under the hood of that galaxie reminded me of my 1961 chevy impala 348 I had. There was so much room in there you could set up camp in the engine bay lol
I have owned both of those type rigs, the plymouth taught me some new lingo be it was a runner that you could always start or stop as it had issues back then. If I had had any brains back then, I would of put a few away from everyone to rebuild again... hard to say but thank you for sharing.... Starting in 62 was my favorite fords... I did have the 61 starliner with a factory four speed and 406 ford engine and same color as that is. Its kinda a weird purplish color yet not that really either but fast is the very understatement
Nice buy the 2 of them, but it saddens me to see the little Dauphine not sold or moved yet, all rusted away in my country now.. But Thanks for the video.. Ian _UK.
Everyone going crazy over these old cars I have a plush Ford Van and an Impala loaded with options.I wouldn't trade either for these old cars.Enjoy wind whistle.Leaking trunks. Carb flooding. No Cruise ControlSome no heat....No Thankew😊
Joe sure does work fast and he is really good with his kid, i'd be like 'quit messing with that jack'!! Hey Tim, do you work full time doing old cars or is it just an addiction? Are you going to do a video about your movie cars??
Got big eyed when I saw he was standing in the bite of the tow strap with strained block at dead center to camera man. Just glad the chain holding block held.
Sexy cars these. Can't wait to track the progress of the builds. Would love to see you put a 427 in a 66 2-door [race motor that Carol Shelby would approve of... unless you can get a 428 super cobra jet [not to be confused with a regular 428]. :-)) Fairlaine 66 or Galaxy 2 door with 427 side oilers or 428 super cobra jets.... are just the best :-)) Liking these 7.3 liter Godzilla builds that are starting to get figured out for insane horse powers :-)))
Wish this piece of property was closer to me I would buy this house in a heartbeat and restore it back to its former glory and clear all the trees from around the house and outbuildings and restore them it would make a good little Homestead
@@brianandlindafairchild1237 Exactly I agree 100% I would just love to see what the property looks like with all the stuff gone off of it would just be cool to see a after Because we’ve already seen that before and it’s like getting a before and after

No the cars were auctioned off and they won the auctions. You cant just take an abandoned car....imagine you did and spent 20k restoring it then the previous owner or relative goes to the cops. They will take the car back off you and you will be hit with a theft charge or reset
@@ih8hertz1 well, the word abandoned ( to me ) sounds like someone deserted, and walked away from these derelict vehicles. Only a suggestion, maybe, field Find auction would be more appropriate for your title. Anyway, instead of turning these precious relics into scrap iron, you became a bidder and saved these gems, great!
It's not a perfect word. All property is owned by someone, somewhere. It just happens to be the most commonly searched term in this category. That's all it really is to me is just a keyword to help people find the videos.
Wow.... impressive. When you show up to rescue a wreck... you are not even playing. Nice day, got it done, home in time for dinner.....you make this shit look easy.
In the UK we have the DVLA , driver and vehicle licence authority that holds a record of every vehicle in the uk ever registered but what happens in the states ? do central government have a record or is it State by State only ? Would each state have any idea how many cars they have registered and how many have disappeared off the system over the years never to be seen again ,cars could be exported or scrapped and a certain number still on the road but where are the rest ? it seems they just vanish from official records for decades .
Great to see these cars being saved. Hope they get back to life and cruise the roads again. The little boy playing with the jack handle whilst his father was messing with the brake drum was not a clever idea! Kids should not be around near jacked up cars especially on dirt ground.
The guy in the orange shirt would be the guy I call to rescue cars from the woods!!!great they are being saved!fan from 🇦🇺 Australia
He's the first guy I call. The best there is when it comes to woods rescues. His dad was a logger in Montana. Incredible worker!

I thought that 62 Galaxie was missing the rear end until you guys jacked it up. Man, that thing was buried!

That dual wheel panel truck is a BEAST!
I like how you guys work! Quick and efficient👍 you all know how to make it happen
Man, those guys were prepared, they knew what they were doing.
I wished I could move like jack boy there! I'm so old, slow and crusty I'd be there for days trying to get that car loaded!

Looks like a pretty solid 62 Ford, not a lot of rust.
I can't get over how dry things are out west. I live in southern Ontario Ca.and and if the ground isn't frozen we would be sunk down to our knees.
No question, man doin heavy lifting knows the job

Super les gars ! 👍 et la Renault dauphine ? il faut la sauver !!! 😢 Bonjour de la France 🇨🇵
Reminds me of a64 Monaco I had 383 2door hard top
nice
Shouldn't let the kids play with the jack , friend of mine lost 3 fingers from the kids.
Yep..haha the kid was swinging..ouch
Wow quite a place. Was it a salvage yard once??
Are you Guys going to rebuild these, and get them back on the road
No we are going to trade them for little boys.
How much did these cost ?
The motor in the Galaxie looks like an MEL...thought it would be an FE
Was the electric winch not working?
easier and quicker to pull up with strap or chain if you have a helper.
not the most glamorous job but you men do good work. more power to you! liked & sub'd

Is that 1950 Plymouth for sale?
Very interested in the Plymouth if you could let me know if its for sale, thank you.
Thanks for stopping by! As far as I know that car is currently available. You can send Joe an email. His address is djstutzman@gmail.com
do an vidya on reversing a two car trailer for what seemed half a mile, I suck at reversing a pushbike
Longer trailers are easier to back than a short trailer.

It's state by state. There are various steps to take to obtain a title, and lots of "how to do it" entries on the web.
what happened with the cars ..parts?
Plymouth was sold to California. Ford is a parts car.
the salt must flow
Great to see these cars being saved. Hope they get back to life and cruise the roads again. The little boy playing with the jack handle whilst his father was messing with the brake drum was not a clever idea! Kids should not be around near jacked up cars especially on dirt ground.
I was waiting for the kid to sledgehammer the Plymouth.
Does Joe have his own channel?
No. He just rides on Mr. Goodpliers coattails
Is the Ford a parts car ?
yup
It's always quite in BFE
ROFL. I got $2600. Guys asking $2700. Slide a few 100 of the 2600 in your other pocket and get ready with a good story. Horse Trading 101.
You should not let toddler play with the jack when you are working.
he probably didn't give $100 for both of them
I definitely gave more than $100 for each 😄
Ricky @@josephs44 what did you give for f Dodge
A jacked up jack is not a toy for kids!!!!!!!!!! It's under 100's of pounds of pressure!!!
They should pay you to take them.

Not too many tilt bed 32" trailers out there. It gets the job done.
