Benidorm is located on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Famous for it's beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, hotels, sightseeing, party atmosphere, excursions, tours and sun. It is not only one of the top holiday destinations in Spain but one of the best tourist hotspots in the whole of Europe. My gosh, we've watched your vids n vlogs for months as we came to beni for the first ever time the beginning of May. We were on the beach front n just KNEW we seen you recording this very vid but didn't want to disturb your meal. All the restuarants and cafes have lovley food on beach front the food there is lovley we went there five years a go and it was lovley the first place lucy went to love benidorm keep safe and keep smiling

Can't go wrong at romans first time 2018 been back every year apart from lockdown year love breakfast there always have lunch there , we are back in July will have dinner there as haven't done that yet , staff there are great familiar faces .

Never have a starter it ruins the main and you can't have a pudding 😂😂❤
Always have room for pudding, think i have an extra stomach just for pudding 😂😂
I almost always make that mistake haha. My wife and I will most often share the starter though.
@@thegoldendog7991 I made the mistake of ordering a starter of cheesey garlic bread and I literally couldn't eat all my main and couldn't have my pudding, realy I should have pudding first 😅🤣🤣

Been there many times always good food. Just up the road is The Stag and Pheasant also great food and a great view

Been there lunchtimes...never gave it a thought for an evening.
I wouldve had to lie in a darkened room for a week after that amount of food tho 😂.
Roman has the best half chicken in Benidorm, the chips are greate too...😊

An amazing venue, fantastic staff, wonderful chefs and a view you simply cannot believe nor replicate anywhere else. Cafe Roman one of my personal favourites, been there twice and never disappointed. Did you do a Vlog Lucy for Paella at Cafe Roman?? Would you recommend?? Cheers Lucy, take care.

37 days and I will be there and cant wait. Ive passed this restaurant many times over the years and sure we popped in one afternoon for a beer.

Roman looks great with the new makeover. 👍 This was the first ever place i went to eat on my first trip to Benidorm. We stayed at Levante Lux apartments in 2010 & we walked down to the beach front and got breakfast here. It was great and we went back several times on that holiday for breakfasts & lunches. Been many times over the years too. Its a lovely place to just sit and enjoy a drink ☕🥃 and just people watch, 😁😂 Like you say Lucy there obviously doing something right after 50 years. Amazing. 👍😁🍹🍷🥃

I went here with my mate on Monday, we had the paella. It was beautiful, the only thing i would say is that the portion was not too big and we ended up having to nearly lick the pan to get the rest of rice up 😂. Staff very friendly.
They also do a great paella. It looks much nicer there since the refurbishment.

remember it well back in the 70s when I worked in benidorm back then it was well know for ballroom dancing early evening and hugely freqented by wealthy Spaniards!!

Not cheap but very reasonable for the size of the meal.l i thought. Prawns were 14€ Ribs 18€.

I have stop there for a coffee or a beer but when you go Half Board nearest you want is a mid Day snack but I must admit that all look delicious mouth watering
Some hotels let you swop dinner for lunch and then you can have dinner out, do get fed up with buffet food and it's nice to have a meal served to you..

Really sad to say this but me and me husband had food here last year and was terrible . It was our first time trying this place mind in Benidorm maybe just a bad day 🤷🏻♀️

Fab video, but I honestly think one of the reasons people don't go into places like this is because the staff come across so miserable! It's like it's a pain in the arse for him to bring you your food!
Just my humble opinion!
Just got back from Benidorm and we did try Romans as you suggested, however we cannot agree that this restaurant was as good as you said - mediocre food (particularly the burger and ribs), no bread offered, atmosphere zero. It was not terrible but very average compared to other restaurants we tried in the old town and Calle Londres.
Looking a bit sun burnt, Lady.
I must say eating out i often find its too much food for me So i. Have my container and take it home Usually half Indian/ Chinese OR the entire main course (Which the kitchen put into my container)
I took the rest of my ribs home, omg it was a huge meal x
