The thing with Satamon is, depending on who you ask, that role could be fulfilled by Demon (as implied by his seal) or Lucemon, and since SkullSatamon is Perfect level... regular Satamon would most likely be Adult level which... I don't know. As for me, I think that we should have Bagramon's original angel form as a legitimate Digimon, not confined to a flashback in the Xros Wars manga. His own profile and techniques, even if that probably means he will be weaker without the Yggdrasil arm mutation thing... but I mean, he's still a pretty high-ranking angel, probably an Ultimate.
I feel like for the very start, with the "Where is Dramon?" Joke, there is actually an answer If I remember correctly, Dracomon is the ancestor or projenitor of all DRA-mon Digimon, so Dracomon is technically Dramon itself
Ok, Humon just sounds absolutely hilarious that I need to see it. I bet they would be like a free attribute (based on the idea of free will and choice), and their design would just be some human with shorts. Also, they have a blood-feud with Goblinmon and they fight each other constantly for food and territory. Except rumors spread there is a society hidden where Humons and Goblinmons live side by side in peace.

I really fell in love with BlackGargomon because of the doberman color pattern reminding me of my pup, but got upset when I realized BlackTerriermon doesn't exist, but the whole rest of the line does.
We need Bonds of love, knowledge, sincerity, reliability, hope and light. We also need the purified spirits of earth, wood, water and metal. Also, black Bishop Chessmon, white Rook Chessmon, white Queen Chessmon and black King Chessmon.
@@DarkMinior Well, yes, but I can't see Grottomon, Arbormon, Ranamon and Mercuremon as spirit evolution digimon for those four kids from episode 40-41 of Digimon Frontier. Also, Cherubimon was corrupted and spirit of darkness got corrupted so it was natural to think that those four spirits got some kind of corruption.
@@MegaGigaPetarD You don't think Grumblemon/Grottomon and Ranamon could be the Human Spirits of Earth and Water when Kumamon/Chackmon and Kazemon/Fairimon have a similar aesthetic and are the Human Spirits of Ice and Wind? Plus it was confirmed those four were not corrupted as when their digi-eggs came to help out the others they still appeared as they had before their defeat.
@@caiusdrakegaming8087 No, no, it wouldn't be weird to have Grottomon or Ranamon as human spirits of earth and water. It would be weird if some new kids spirit evolve to Grottomon or Ranamon. I just think that is strange - Cherubimon is corrupted with aid of Lucemon; Cherubimon corrupted spirit of dakrness, but the other four spirits (earth, wood, water and metal) are just fine (that's odd for me).
@@MegaGigaPetarD I think it's just because none of those spirits *have* to be inherently good or evil. In the case of Darkness, the spirit represents the nobility of Darkness, so it makes sense for it to be corrupted into "evil" darkness.
To be 100% honest I wouldn't blame the kids that one the contest and never saw their digimon ever used to just abandon the franchise. That's really disheartening. God I really hope bandai does SOMETHING with those. The more I think about it the more I feel bad for them.
Some Digimon I was always super invested in were "missing links" or "missing evolutions" or the sort. Like a Gabumon evolution in case he didn't have Garurumon's pelt, or a hypothetical "Greydramon" that establishes the missing link between the Greymons and the Dramons. Also a personal one but my favorite Digimon doesn't have his Ultimate in his X-Antibody line and that really bothers me.
Never knew I wanted so bad modern corresponding Digimon spirits to the Ancient ones... And I know it's a stretch, but with Digimon like Cerberumon, I'd love to see correlated mythologic digimon, like "Orthrusmon" and other Digimon based on Cerberus family, as an exemple.

For Kimeramon, can you imagine a more mithology accurate Kimeramon born from SaberLeomon(for the leon body and head), Sandiramon (snake head) and a Pajiramon or Mephismon (goat head)? You can call it TrueKimeramon or AncientKimeramon, or something along these lines...
I'm all up for seeing unknown Digimon like that! One idea I have in mind is the leveling and how that should be handed. Once you've established a bond with a Digimon, you'll be able to Digivolve into Champion Level easily. Dark Digivolution comes from the dark feelings in your heart, by Digivolving with negative emotions, your Digimon will change accordingly when pushed too far. When you tap into your Crest's power, you gain access to the Ultimate Level. Although, this may be a little harder to do, especially with the circumstances that would require Digimon to become Ultimate Level. Mega Level comes when the partner and tamer both put their feelings into each other and have enough fighting spirit to go beyond the Ultimate Level while also, moving past the darkness like the Digimon Adventure Tri crew did. Armor Digivolution is caused by showing the Crest's power to activate the Digiegg. Joygres Evolution comes between the bonds of one tamer and another, to the point of them fusing together. Biomerge is technically the same as DNA Digivolution except you fuse the Digimon and the Tamer. Blast Mode could be activated through an Accelerator Device that Accels a Digimon's power, even managing to change form when it does, but this isn't the True Potential of Digimon, just a version that has loads of power that might make your Digimon crave for more power... Burst Mode happens when you feel a flaming determination unlike anything before. When you and a Digimon truly feel each other in essence, and your power increases beyond regular Mega Levels, proceeding to go much farther in strength than ever before, all because you and your partner have an unbreakable will to keep fighting until the very end.
Personally Id love to see toy agumon get a full toy line like having toygraymon and etcetera. I know agumon gets way too muh love but I feel like having a agumon toy implies there are toy versions of the rest of him. Id even go as far as to make a whole toy digimon line for gabumon and maybe others along the way. Then I give snow agumon a line that gives us snow graymon and the rest and then dna digivolve snow wargraymon and black metal garurumon into like omegamon yin yang
As somebody who loves history/mythology (I actually do content on Aztec, Maya, etc stuff), there's tons of missing stuff there... in fact, not just Digimon, but an entire Digital world! Digimon Crusader established that there's 3 main "Digital World Servers"/worlds: There's the one of course ruled by Yggdrasil and has the royal knights, seemingly primarily based on Nordic, Medieval European, etc culture, and then the Digital World (Iliad) ruled by Homeros, with the Olympos XII, based on Greek/Roman myth. We've NEVER been told what the third one is! Based on Crusader introducing a bunch of Journey to the West themed mons, it's probably Chinese themed, but I think it'd be a shame to ONLY have 3, and it'd be cool if there were many more, to cover things like Mesoamerica as the area i'm interested in, the Middle East (maybe Lucemon, the Demon lords, etc could be from there, or could be the Dark Area's "group" which connects to all of them), India/Southeast Asia (Maybe the Devas could be that group, though I guess the Devas even if they're Hindu, serve the Sovereign's who are tied to Chinese culture), Africa, etc. For Mesoamerica, I think the safest best would be a group based on the 13 Aztec "Lords of the Day", since that group of gods cover the most important ones: Quetzalcoatl (The Feathered Serpent, god of the wind and high culture), Tezcatlipoca (God of sorcery, chaos, the fickle nature of fate, and jaguars), Tlaloc (God of rain, storms, and lightning), Mictlantecuhtli and Mictecacihuatl (king and queen of the underworld) alongside some less notable ones like XIuhtecuhtli (God of fire, associated with turquoise), Tlaltecuhtli (the Mother earth goddess/monster), Chalchiuhtlicue (wife of Tlalocl, goddess of rivers and springs, associated with jade), Tlazolteotl (Goddess of sin, filth, baths, and purification) Centeotl (Maize/Corn goddess) Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli (god of venus/dawn, an aspect of Quetzalcoatl), Tonatiuh (the sun, tho that's a bit complex) and Citlalicue (who is so obscure I know nothing about her). As far as the name of the home server, there's tons of options of mythical places, authors, or guardian deities to tie into the theme Yggdrasil and Homeros sets: Coatepec and Teotihuacan are both real places that played key roles in the creation of the world in Aztec mythology, while Nahui Ollin is the date the current era/world was created in Aztec Mythology, any of which could work as either the world name or the server. The problem is that the "Lords of the Day" excludes two particularly important gods, Huitzliopotchli (patron diety of the Mexica of the Aztec captial, god of war with solar and hummingbird associations) and Xipe Totec (god of rebirth and maize/corn, associated with flayed skins), but you could probably give Tonatiuh and Centeotl's digimon equailvents aspects of them respectively (There's another group of Aztec gods, the "4 Tezcatlipocas", which would cover Huitzliopotchli, Quetzalcoatl, Tezcatluipoca, and Xipe Totec, but this seems to be a misreading of the original sources, though I believe the "Lords of the Day" seems iffy too).... and, of course, that Coatlmon already exists, and as a measely armor stage at that, but we have multiple Digimon based on Satan and such so who cares? I think i'd also be fun if Mercurymon of the Olmpos XII had a rivarly with Tezcatlipoca: they're both trickersters, and maybe the explanation for why Mercurymon seemingly has influences from Aztec culture (his knife, wearing a mirror like tezcatlipoca/opening portals to the underworld, etc) is he's dressing up as him to mock him. Beyond all of that, my go to example of a missing Digimon, even if it's not exactly what you meant, would have been an Adult/Champion stage to bridge Bakumon/Tapirmon and Mammon, but obviously Baluchimon exists now. I'd also say Garudamon works exceptionally well as a Aquilamon evolution. Yes, I know people associate it with Birdramon due to Adventure, but visually Hawkmon, Aquilamon, and Garudamon all tie into one another excellently, moreso the Biyo/piyomon and Birdramon.
I loved your text about Mesoamerican Mythology, but I guess you confused Mercurymon from the 10 Warriors with the one of Olympus XII. Also, I agree 100% with you, we SHOULD have more Digimons based in another mythologies. Take Egyptian Mythology for instance, we have, like, just 3 or so digimon inspired by it.

Sorry, i'm used to Japanese names, in the original Japanese, Merukimon is just called Mercurymon, while Mercurymon is called Mercuremon.... so when the english dub changed Mercuremon to Mercurymon; the dub also then had to change the actual Mercurymon to Merukimon. Basically: The Olympus XII member = Mercurymon in Japanese, Merukimon in english The Frontier spirit = Mercuremon in Japanese, Mercurymon in english
@@MauM. No, Merukimon/Mercurymon's knife, named "Aztec", can open a portal to summon spirits for an attack, as described in it's reference book profile. There's also a pectoral mirror worn on it's chest.
An another missing digimon that i would love them to make a proper apparition in one of Digimon medias is koujiangemon, it was a Digimon created a few days after the death of wada kouji, the singer of most of Digimon openings, endings, insert songs etc, it could be a really touching hommage to see it in an anime or even a video game (i would love to beat a final boss with kouji wada, it would be poetic i think)
Considering DinoTigermon is really just SaberLeomon X, I'm fine with it being more of a name change than a new family line. That said, if someone wanted to create a line that lore-wise took some of his data to create a new Tigermon family, I wouldn't mind.
I just can't get over the fact that Bandai would make these competions and then do nothing with the winning digimon. What was the point of the competitions in the first place? It just seems so mean to those poor kids who won, especially since some people did get their digimon (like Cyberdramon) to become offical. I hope one day that their hard work pays off and they finally get to see their digimon creations become offical.
As someone who loves many different aspects of Digimon introduced in Frontier, I would kill to see the rest of the “modern” variants of the Ancient Digimon. You also reminded me Mermamon was even a thing. Neat. I will also say, I really want to see those Contest Digimon. Mainly Earthdramon, which would probably look more like an actual snake, and I think it was Generalmon? We have a Knightmon, why not a Generalmon? I specifically wanna try drawing that one, and my brain is imagining purple for it’s color for literally no reason. Maybe I’ll change that or maybe not. Great video as always Karn! Purple was associated with nobility/royalty in the past (ex: Romans) because it was the most expensive and rare color to obtain. It would be fitting for a general. Legatusmon? Caesarmon? Neromon is the Dark evolution ahahah

I'm furious that you knew I was drinking milk (choccy) Also I'm going through Xros Wars at the moment I totally agree about Xros Wars solo evos being embraced more. DigiXros is cool but Solo evolution has more sentiment because it was often synonymous with individual progress. So seeing Ballistamon and Dorulumon not Evolve themselves was a massive shame for me, especially given how cool their Manga Evolutions are! This was a sick video idea!
speaking of contest winners where Zombiemon considering it was in teh same contest as mummymon adn pharoahmon and those two became real. come on bandai give my man Mummymon his proper champion level.
It´s pretty weird how many Digimon simply don´t exist, yet should. The Bancho gang summaries mention that there are more of them that just the ones we know, the "hybrid/ mega" and rookies for the Frontier Digimon, many uncompleted digivolution lines and so much more. Bandai could literally make a whole season/ Virtual Pet toy/ story based just around the fact that these many Digimon simply became real. Some Digimon I´d personally love to see is the HolyDigitamamon (as a counter sort of to Devitamamon), a "good" mega for Tyrannomon (like an official evolution for MasterTyrannomon), or even some new Digimon for already existing families (something like MameKabuterimon, or things of that nature). Digimon has some of the greatest untapped potentials for cool designs and lore from all franchises I know, so I hope they´ll eventually do something with it.
Fusion forms for the evil legendary warriors. At best I could see the non-ancient forms of their megas as sort of stand-ins for them but that would still leave Duskmon and Arbormon without any.
Regarding Appmon evolution lines, i think Sateramon/Satellamon should have a God Tier evolution, something like a mix of Ares with guns or something like that
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure that the "dra" in the "dramon" species comes from Dracomon, so it's likely to be an abbreviation of Dracomon. Especially since Dracomon is supposedly the ancestor/ predecessor of the dramon species. Not gonna lie though, I'm gonna include Dramon as a protodragon in my Pokemon fan game. (if it ever comes to be …) But back to the subject of Digimon, I can see Humon as an adult level who ascends from Kohumon and into Grandhumon or Hi-humon depending on scenario, and be a successor to ProtoHumon and Cavemon. They might have some of their genes incorporated into Santamon (the one that looks like a bag with Nanemon arms), and they may also slide evolve into Christophrmon/ Cynocephamon (based on St.Christopher and Cynocephaly) and maybe mutated into MadGarurumon? (Please appreciate my enthusiastic spit balling.) Humon could probably be illustrated similarly to Angemon with longer than normal appendages and probably even lead into the Jekyllmon/Hydemon line. Also Huwomon would probably be something like Ayla from Chrono Trigger. The only thing I can visualize for Satamon is an old cartoony version from an early Disney cartoon. (Which is why I shouldn't be the illustrator for this mon😅) Megathariumon? Yes please! Sphinxmon? Probably achieved through a Leomon variant or Nefartimon or both. WoodWoodymon? YES! PLEASE MAKE IT REAL!!
A newer exemple of No. 10: We have GraceNovamon, so shouldn't there be a Novamon somewhere? Also, I'm all in for a full angelic line for Lucemon. My sugestion would be Helelmon or Lucemon Helel mode if we stick to it's original naming convention. Tho I like the idea of it's dark line still being called Lucemon in all stages due to it being corrupted by darkness, meaning that it's proper evolution route would be named the same way as regular digimon - which would open the floodgates for other species like Arcadimon having a proper line with different name for all stages.
I would like to see more of the bancho digimon like Bancholeomon for example a Bancho Wisemon or a Bancho of any of the other main digimon like how Lillymon got one I mean we only know of five Bancho's but there's meant to be much more
it might just be me, but in the DiM, Yaeger Dorulumon digivolves into Mercurymon and I always thought that was perfect for him cause it's like Big fighting dog man turning into bigger fighting dog man. Maybe they had that in mind when they chose that mega?
I think that Jellymon works as a Rookie for the Ranamon/Calamarimon line, and Angoramon for the Kumamon/Korikkakumon line, if it didn't lean so lagomorph heavy. Frankly, as much as I like Terriermon, his line leans rabbit heavy, and is further oversaturated by Lopmon who seems to have a rather fixed line in most incarnations of the franchise. Mind you, Angora Rabbits are my favorite breed, but that's beside the point. Dual Armor Evolution has been a headcanon fo mine for some time now. I also headcanon that Hawkmon, Armadillomon, and Veemon cannot evolve via conventional means, which is why Armor (At least initially, before they achieved Champion.) and Jogress were necessary for them to achieve higher forms. Not that Kizuna touches much on this, but having their crests emblazoned on their phones (digivices?) aside from being for the sake of merchandising, should serve a function of sorts, though that presents another problem. So, the problem that arises from that is that the Armor Digimentals aren't digimon specific (If we're to include outside media as canon for the anime continuity.). I think that this is a curious point in so far as the numerous issues with where 02 was going storyline wise. Were the Digimentals born from the power of the crests given the need for an ancient form of evolution (This should have been further explored. Who are the ancestors of Hawkmon,Armadillomon, and Veemon. Perfect tie into Frontier IMO.), were the digimentals older, but powered up by the crests, etc. Personally, I think that Zhuquaimon, Azulongmon, and Ebonwumon would have been perfect Megas for Hawkmon, Veemon, and Armadillomon (Ankylomon > ElDoradimon (If only he were an Ultimate!, though I PERSONALLY am committed to Gusokumon being the Ultimate for this line, were he recolored, to keep with both the ancient and aquatic theme of Reliability. It just doesn't work as a transition to Ebonwumon. :/) > Ebonwumon). The problem though, is that it leaves us with Huanglongmon (Not that he features into the continuity of Adventure.), and Baihumon. Baihumon from Gatomon works quite well, but Patamon > Huanglongmon, not so much. But furthermore, aside from already having confirmed Mega forms, they don't exactly fit into the scheme of Ancient Digimon, per see. It was just a convenient plot point. Wormmon doesn't work either, but I digress. Still, had Tri not gone down that route with the first team, I would have been on board with the 02 cast being the OG team, and their partners being the ones to become the Sovereigns (Curious how Tapirmon would have gone from Baluchimon > Huanglongmon...). Finally, this brings me to Ken and Wormmon. Personally, as much as I LOVE Wormmon > Stingmon > JewelBeemon> Shivamon (Let me have my dreams!), I would not have been against Wormmon having been a female partner, with it becoming Hudiemon as a Champion. I haven't quite settled on an appropriate Ultimate or Mega, but I suppose Lotusmon would work as a Mega. Morphomon would have worked as an alternate Rookie partner for Ken, but it becomes too line specific in my opinion. Tapirmon as an alternate partner works in my book, and would work quite well being female and having the same Baluchimon backstory relative to Ken. I'm babbling at this point, but you get my point. I've been thinking about this for WAY too long. lol
I don't know if this would count as missing per se but, yesterday I was checking the wiki on banchostingmon and the thought came to me of wanting a bancho xveemon, especially a tie on based on how banchostingmon's gakuran is made from insect shells banchoxveemon's would be made of dragon scales

Actually there _is_ a 'Dramon', its Dracomon! Its encyclopedia entry states its the progenitor/origin of all 'Dramon'-type Digimon! Also Shoutmon does have a solo evolution in the form of OmegaShoutmon, so I'm not sure why you act as if his only evolutions are via fusion. I also really agree on the idea that the other Warrior Ten need rookie forms. Not only that but Double Spirit evolution forms for Mercuremon, Grottemon, Ranamon, and Arbormon because they never got them like how we got Aldamon, Beowulfmon, Jet Silphymon, Daipenmon, and Rhino Kabuterimon.
Yeah as I said "Dramon" was more of a joke. OmegaShoutmon comes from Omegamon, it's in the name lol yes it's used as a standard evo but I'm talking about "without outside influence" like AtlurBallista and YaegerDorulu. And as I said "full lines" not just one off evos

One honorable mention I say for the list would be one we only know by name and that's it, no lore, no history, no other information about the digimon at all other than it's name, that name being gaiamon.
I really want to see the full digivolution line for Airdramon and Earthdramon. Then a full line where Airdramon, seadramon, and earthdramon fused into one digimon and continued from there.

I like to imagine a modern sphinxmom based from AncientSphinxmon would be like a champion level, kinda like a masculine version of nerfertimon. Then it digivolves into ebonysphinxmon/blackquartzsphinxmon (names definitely could be shortened) which is based on the pangram "Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow". And it could be maybe a angelic or at least a Digimon that works for more angelic Digimon, that is basically a guardian of vows and promises. Any promise or vow broken that was made in it's presence it will then bring retribution in equal measure.
Does a new pre-evolution count? I'd like a Rookie/Child pre-evoulution of Aegiomon. I think I remember reading on the wiki Elecmon can evolve into Aegiomon. I'd just like a dedicated one for my goat boi.
If we ever get a huemon... humon? However it will be spelled. I just hope it evolves into sistermon. It bugs me that they are both pretty much just people that are called Digimon with no pre evolutions. On a sort of related note if we get huemon(hue as in related to colours) a fun dark digivolution idea could be monochro huemon
I can really understand your point with butterfly digimon we need more that are so beautiful creatures and also could really get some cool special moves thats why i like Hudiemon but still there should be an entire evolution line of a special butterfly digimon you could even use some moths there are also a few beautiful ones and moths are also butterflys or at least are related to them. Also we need Techdramon or a half human half digimon villain someone who wants to be a digimon and destroy the world or has some other objective. I thougt the villain in digimon rearise would be that villain but now i doesnt seem that way and when there woul be a villain like that the perfect Name would be homunculusmon because a homunculus is a artificial created human so i think it would be a cool idea

When you started talking about Kizuna I assumed you were going to bring up the other Bonds. Like Bonds of Love or Bonds of Hope, I doubt Bandai is going to feature in an anime but they could become official with games and V-pets.
I never understood why the other kids in Frontier didn't got the Hybrid form like Aldemon, I really hate when the only two main characters get the spacial treatment, like in adventure 2 only paildramon evolved, or in the original adventure only tai and matt got mega
I think we should also have an evil Gammamon line to complement GulusGammamon. Something like AldeSchwarzmon for the Perfect stage (referencing the star Aldebaran, of Taurus) and Hamalmon for the Ultimate stage (refencing the star Hamal, of Aries). It would also be fun to have other evil -Gammamon Adult forms, to rival the three good ones and complement GulusGammamon's CMYK theme, in contrast to the RGB theme of the other three

tl;dr: What if all Adventure Partners had a Bancho Mega. This isnt directly to the topic of the video but i was thinking how "Bancho" Megas for all/some of the Adventure Partners would look like. Because Lillymon and Stingmon have these Bancho Megas. And !SPOILERS for Last Evolution Kizuna! Dinorexmon exists so there should be a Rexmon, for SnowAgumon there should be IceGreymon, FreezeBlastGreymon, BlizzardGreymon as his line BlizzardGreymon being WarGreymon’s ice rival. Yes I know Lalamon naturally digivolves to SunFlowmon but shouldn’t there be a Flowmon too thats a rookie not so bright basic flower plant Digimon.

The thing with Satamon is, depending on who you ask, that role could be fulfilled by Demon (as implied by his seal) or Lucemon, and since SkullSatamon is Perfect level... regular Satamon would most likely be Adult level which... I don't know.
As for me, I think that we should have Bagramon's original angel form as a legitimate Digimon, not confined to a flashback in the Xros Wars manga. His own profile and techniques, even if that probably means he will be weaker without the Yggdrasil arm mutation thing... but I mean, he's still a pretty high-ranking angel, probably an Ultimate.

I just think that is strange - Cherubimon is corrupted with aid of Lucemon; Cherubimon corrupted spirit of dakrness, but the other four spirits (earth, wood, water and metal) are just fine (that's odd for me).
@@MegaGigaPetarD I think it's just because none of those spirits *have* to be inherently good or evil. In the case of Darkness, the spirit represents the nobility of Darkness, so it makes sense for it to be corrupted into "evil" darkness.
To be 100% honest I wouldn't blame the kids that one the contest and never saw their digimon ever used to just abandon the franchise. That's really disheartening.

Some Digimon I was always super invested in were "missing links" or "missing evolutions" or the sort. Like a Gabumon evolution in case he didn't have Garurumon's pelt, or a hypothetical "Greydramon" that establishes the missing link between the Greymons and the Dramons.
Also a personal one but my favorite Digimon doesn't have his Ultimate in his X-Antibody line and that really bothers me.

I'm all up for seeing unknown Digimon like that! One idea I have in mind is the leveling and how that should be handed.
Once you've established a bond with a Digimon, you'll be able to Digivolve into Champion Level easily.
Dark Digivolution comes from the dark feelings in your heart, by Digivolving with negative emotions, your Digimon will change accordingly when pushed too far.
When you tap into your Crest's power, you gain access to the Ultimate Level. Although, this may be a little harder to do, especially with the circumstances that would require Digimon to become Ultimate Level.
Mega Level comes when the partner and tamer both put their feelings into each other and have enough fighting spirit to go beyond the Ultimate Level while also, moving past the darkness like the Digimon Adventure Tri crew did.
Armor Digivolution is caused by showing the Crest's power to activate the Digiegg.
Joygres Evolution comes between the bonds of one tamer and another, to the point of them fusing together.
Biomerge is technically the same as DNA Digivolution except you fuse the Digimon and the Tamer.
Blast Mode could be activated through an Accelerator Device that Accels a Digimon's power, even managing to change form when it does, but this isn't the True Potential of Digimon, just a version that has loads of power that might make your Digimon crave for more power...
Burst Mode happens when you feel a flaming determination unlike anything before. When you and a Digimon truly feel each other in essence, and your power increases beyond regular Mega Levels, proceeding to go much farther in strength than ever before, all because you and your partner have an unbreakable will to keep fighting until the very end.
Another group of Digimon that should be elaborated on would be the Vortex Warriors that are only mentioned in MedievalDukemon's profile.
Lucemon Rise and Lucemon Exalt modes would honestly be epic.

Personally Id love to see toy agumon get a full toy line like having toygraymon and etcetera. I know agumon gets way too muh love but I feel like having a agumon toy implies there are toy versions of the rest of him. As somebody who loves history/mythology (I actually do content on Aztec, Maya, etc stuff), there's tons of missing stuff there... in fact, not just Digimon, but an entire Digital world! Digimon Crusader established that there's 3 main "Digital World Servers"/worlds: There's the one of course ruled by Yggdrasil and has the royal knights, seemingly primarily based on Nordic, Medieval European, etc culture, and then the Digital World (Iliad) ruled by Homeros, with the Olympos XII, based on Greek/Roman myth. We've NEVER been told what the third one is! Based on Crusader introducing a bunch of Journey to the West themed mons, it's probably Chinese themed, but I think it'd be a shame to ONLY have 3, and it'd be cool if there were many more, to cover things like Mesoamerica as the area i'm interested in, the Middle East (maybe Lucemon, the Demon lords, etc could be from there, or could be the Dark Area's "group" which connects to all of them), India/Southeast Asia (Maybe the Devas could be that group, though I guess the Devas even if they're Hindu, serve the Sovereign's who are tied to Chinese culture), Africa, etc.
For Mesoamerica, I think the safest best would be a group based on the 13 Aztec "Lords of the Day", since that group of gods cover the most important ones: Quetzalcoatl (The Feathered Serpent, god of the wind and high culture), Tezcatlipoca (God of sorcery, chaos, the fickle nature of fate, and jaguars), Tlaloc (God of rain, storms, and lightning), Mictlantecuhtli and Mictecacihuatl (king and queen of the underworld) alongside some less notable ones like XIuhtecuhtli (God of fire, associated with turquoise), Tlaltecuhtli (the Mother earth goddess/monster), Chalchiuhtlicue (wife of Tlalocl, goddess of rivers and springs, associated with jade), Tlazolteotl (Goddess of sin, filth, baths, and purification) Centeotl (Maize/Corn goddess) Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli (god of venus/dawn, an aspect of Quetzalcoatl), Tonatiuh (the sun, tho that's a bit complex) and Citlalicue (who is so obscure I know nothing about her). As far as the name of the home server, there's tons of options of mythical places, authors, or guardian deities to tie into the theme Yggdrasil and Homeros sets: Coatepec and Teotihuacan are both real places that played key roles in the creation of the world in Aztec mythology, while Nahui Ollin is the date the current era/world was created in Aztec Mythology, any of which could work as either the world name or the server.
The problem is that the "Lords of the Day" excludes two particularly important gods, Huitzliopotchli (patron diety of the Mexica of the Aztec captial, god of war with solar and hummingbird associations) and Xipe Totec (god of rebirth and maize/corn, associated with flayed skins), but you could probably give Tonatiuh and Centeotl's digimon equailvents aspects of them respectively (There's another group of Aztec gods, the "4 Tezcatlipocas", which would cover Huitzliopotchli, Quetzalcoatl, Tezcatluipoca, and Xipe Totec, but this seems to be a misreading of the original sources, though I believe the "Lords of the Day" seems iffy too).... and, of course, that Coatlmon already exists, and as a measely armor stage at that, but we have multiple Digimon based on Satan and such so who cares? I think i'd also be fun if Mercurymon of the Olmpos XII had a rivarly with Tezcatlipoca: they're both trickersters, and maybe the explanation for why Mercurymon seemingly has influences from Aztec culture (his knife, wearing a mirror like tezcatlipoca/opening portals to the underworld, etc) is he's dressing up as him to mock him.
Beyond all of that, my go to example of a missing Digimon, even if it's not exactly what you meant, would have been an Adult/Champion stage to bridge Bakumon/Tapirmon and Mammon, but obviously Baluchimon exists now. I'd also say Garudamon works exceptionally well as a Aquilamon evolution. Yes, I know people associate it with Birdramon due to Adventure, but visually Hawkmon, Aquilamon, and Garudamon all tie into one another excellently, moreso the Biyo/piyomon and Birdramon.
I loved your text about Mesoamerican Mythology, but I guess you confused Mercurymon from the 10 Warriors with the one of Olympus XII.
Also, I agree 100% with you, we SHOULD have more Digimons based in another mythologies. Take Egyptian Mythology for instance, we have, like, just 3 or so digimon inspired by it.
@@MauM. Sorry, i'm used to Japanese names, in the original Japanese, Merukimon is just called Mercurymon, while Mercurymon is called Mercuremon.... so when the english dub changed Mercuremon to Mercurymon; the dub also then had to change the actual Mercurymon to Merukimon.

The Olympus XII member = Mercurymon in Japanese, Merukimon in english
The Frontier spirit = Mercuremon in Japanese, Mercurymon in english

An another missing digimon that i would love them to make a proper apparition in one of Digimon medias is koujiangemon, it was a Digimon created a few days after the death of wada kouji, the singer of most of Digimon openings, endings, insert songs etc, it could be a really touching hommage to see it in an anime or even a video game (i would love to beat a final boss with kouji wada, it would be poetic i think)

Considering DinoTigermon is really just SaberLeomon X, I'm fine with it being more of a name change than a new family line. That said, if someone wanted to create a line that lore-wise took some of his data to create a new Tigermon family, I wouldn't mind.
I just can't get over the fact that Bandai would make these competions and then do nothing with the winning digimon. What was the point of the competitions in the first place? It just seems so mean to those poor kids who won, especially since some people did get their digimon (like Cyberdramon) to become offical. I hope one day that their hard work pays off and they finally get to see their digimon creations become offical.

As someone who loves many different aspects of Digimon introduced in Frontier, I would kill to see the rest of the “modern” variants of the Ancient Digimon. You also reminded me Mermamon was even a thing. Neat.

Also I'm going through Xros Wars at the moment I totally agree about Xros Wars solo evos being embraced more. DigiXros is cool but Solo evolution has more sentiment because it was often synonymous with individual progress. So seeing Ballistamon and Dorulumon not Evolve themselves was a massive shame for me, especially given how cool their Manga Evolutions are!

It´s pretty weird how many Digimon simply don´t exist, yet should.
The Bancho gang summaries mention that there are more of them that just the ones we know, the "hybrid/ mega" and rookies for the Frontier Digimon, many uncompleted digivolution lines and so much more.
Bandai could literally make a whole season/ Virtual Pet toy/ story based just around the fact that these many Digimon simply became real.
Some Digimon I´d personally love to see is the HolyDigitamamon (as a counter sort of to Devitamamon), a "good" mega for Tyrannomon (like an official evolution for MasterTyrannomon), or even some new Digimon for already existing families (something like MameKabuterimon, or things of that nature).
Digimon has some of the greatest untapped potentials for cool designs and lore from all franchises I know, so I hope they´ll eventually do something with it.
Fusion forms for the evil legendary warriors. At best I could see the non-ancient forms of their megas as sort of stand-ins for them but that would still leave Duskmon and Arbormon without any.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure that the "dra" in the "dramon" species comes from Dracomon, so it's likely to be an abbreviation of Dracomon. Especially since Dracomon is supposedly the ancestor/ predecessor of the dramon species.

But back to the subject of Digimon, I can see Humon as an adult level who ascends from Kohumon and into Grandhumon or Hi-humon depending on scenario, and be a successor to ProtoHumon and Cavemon. They might have some of their genes incorporated into Santamon (the one that looks like a bag with Nanemon arms), and they may also slide evolve into Christophrmon/
Cynocephamon (based on St.Christopher and Cynocephaly) and maybe mutated into MadGarurumon?

Also, I'm all in for a full angelic line for Lucemon. My sugestion would be Helelmon or Lucemon Helel mode if we stick to it's original naming convention. Tho I like the idea of it's dark line still being called Lucemon in all stages due to it being corrupted by darkness, meaning that it's proper evolution route would be named the same way as regular digimon - which would open the floodgates for other species like Arcadimon having a proper line with different name for all stages.
I want to see an official Gaiamon (not the appmon) that was referenced in Digimon World 3 as the Fusion of Galacticmon/Ragnamon and the Earth.

it might just be me, but in the DiM, Yaeger Dorulumon digivolves into Mercurymon and I always thought that was perfect for him cause it's like Big fighting dog man turning into bigger fighting dog man. Maybe they had that in mind when they chose that mega?
I think that Jellymon works as a Rookie for the Ranamon/Calamarimon line, and Angoramon for the Kumamon/Korikkakumon line, if it didn't lean so lagomorph heavy. Frankly, as much as I like Terriermon, his line leans rabbit heavy, and is further oversaturated by Lopmon who seems to have a rather fixed line in most incarnations of the franchise. Mind you, Angora Rabbits are my favorite breed, but that's beside the point.
Dual Armor Evolution has been a headcanon fo mine for some time now. I also headcanon that Hawkmon, Armadillomon, and Veemon cannot evolve via conventional means, which is why Armor (At least initially, before they achieved Champion.) and Jogress were necessary for them to achieve higher forms. Not that Kizuna touches much on this, but having their crests emblazoned on their phones (digivices?) aside from being for the sake of merchandising, should serve a function of sorts, though that presents another problem. So, the problem that arises from that is that the Armor Digimentals aren't digimon specific (If we're to include outside media as canon for the anime continuity.). I think that this is a curious point in so far as the numerous issues with where 02 was going storyline wise. Were the Digimentals born from the power of the crests given the need for an ancient form of evolution (This should have been further explored. Who are the ancestors of Hawkmon,Armadillomon, and Veemon. Perfect tie into Frontier IMO.), were the digimentals older, but powered up by the crests, etc. Personally, I think that Zhuquaimon, Azulongmon, and Ebonwumon would have been perfect Megas for Hawkmon, Veemon, and Armadillomon (Ankylomon > ElDoradimon (If only he were an Ultimate!, though I PERSONALLY am committed to Gusokumon being the Ultimate for this line, were he recolored, to keep with both the ancient and aquatic theme of Reliability. It just doesn't work as a transition to Ebonwumon. :/) > Ebonwumon). The problem though, is that it leaves us with Huanglongmon (Not that he features into the continuity of Adventure.), and Baihumon. Baihumon from Gatomon works quite well, but Patamon > Huanglongmon, not so much. But furthermore, aside from already having confirmed Mega forms, they don't exactly fit into the scheme of Ancient Digimon, per see. It was just a convenient plot point. Wormmon doesn't work either, but I digress. Still, had Tri not gone down that route with the first team, I would have been on board with the 02 cast being the OG team, and their partners being the ones to become the Sovereigns (Curious how Tapirmon would have gone from Baluchimon > Huanglongmon...).
Finally, this brings me to Ken and Wormmon. Personally, as much as I LOVE Wormmon > Stingmon > JewelBeemon> Shivamon (Let me have my dreams!), I would not have been against Wormmon having been a female partner, with it becoming Hudiemon as a Champion. I haven't quite settled on an appropriate Ultimate or Mega, but I suppose Lotusmon would work as a Mega. Morphomon would have worked as an alternate Rookie partner for Ken, but it becomes too line specific in my opinion. Tapirmon as an alternate partner works in my book, and would work quite well being female and having the same Baluchimon backstory relative to Ken. I'm babbling at this point, but you get my point. I've been thinking about this for WAY too long. lol
I don't know if this would count as missing per se but, yesterday I was checking the wiki on banchostingmon and the thought came to me of wanting a bancho xveemon, especially a tie on based on how banchostingmon's gakuran is made from insect shells banchoxveemon's would be made of dragon scales

I would have added furless Gabumon. It exists without a furcoat, would be cool to have a different front that remained reptilian
Since their is a ragnalordmon I figure there should be other lordmon type digimon maby referencing other end of the world scenarios in mythology.

For a holy Lucemon i’d go with Lucemon Arc mode suggesting Lucemon to be an Arc Angel
Dramon is dracomon as it is the ancestor to all dragon digimon and also all dramon digimon are decendants of it

One honorable mention I say for the list would be one we only know by name and that's it, no lore, no history, no other information about the digimon at all other than it's name, that name being gaiamon.
I really want to see the full digivolution line for Airdramon and Earthdramon. Then a full line where Airdramon, seadramon, and earthdramon fused into one digimon and continued from there.
I'd add to the Digimon Frontier missing list the double spirit evolutions of Water, Earth, Wood, Metal and corrupted Darkness

I like to imagine a modern sphinxmom based from AncientSphinxmon would be like a champion level, kinda like a masculine version of nerfertimon. Then it digivolves into ebonysphinxmon/blackquartzsphinxmon (names definitely could be shortened) which is based on the pangram "Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow". And it could be maybe a angelic or at least a Digimon that works for more angelic Digimon, that is basically a guardian of vows and promises. Any promise or vow broken that was made in it's presence it will then bring retribution in equal measure.
well "dramon" is just the suffix given to the digimon that contain dracomon data so technically, Dracomon is THE dramon
Does a new pre-evolution count? I'd like a Rookie/Child pre-evoulution of Aegiomon. I think I remember reading on the wiki Elecmon can evolve into Aegiomon. I'd just like a dedicated one for my goat boi.

If we ever get a huemon... humon? However it will be spelled. I just hope it evolves into sistermon. It bugs me that they are both pretty much just people that are called Digimon with no pre evolutions.
On a sort of related note if we get huemon(hue as in related to colours) a fun dark digivolution idea could be monochro huemon
I can really understand your point with butterfly digimon we need more that are so beautiful creatures and also could really get some cool special moves thats why i like Hudiemon but still there should be an entire evolution line of a special butterfly digimon you could even use some moths there are also a few beautiful ones and moths are also butterflys or at least are related to them. Also we need Techdramon or a half human half digimon villain someone who wants to be a digimon and destroy the world or has some other objective. I thougt the villain in digimon rearise would be that villain but now i doesnt seem that way and when there woul be a villain like that the perfect Name would be homunculusmon because a homunculus is a artificial created human so i think it would be a cool idea

Hey Karen I had a idea I wanted to share with u what if just like stingmon and lillymon the other digidestined digimon had bancho forms as well
I think we should also have an evil Gammamon line to complement GulusGammamon. Something like AldeSchwarzmon for the Perfect stage (referencing the star Aldebaran, of Taurus) and Hamalmon for the Ultimate stage (refencing the star Hamal, of Aries).
It would also be fun to have other evil -Gammamon Adult forms, to rival the three good ones and complement GulusGammamon's CMYK theme, in contrast to the RGB theme of the other three

Because in Last Evolution Kizuna we learn that the Digimon Parterns lose their bond to the DigiDestined and "disappear" when the DigiDestined get "adult"
What if they forced back into the Digiworld or get reborn there and because they are so experienced in combat that they get "adult" themselves and fight on their own as Banchos for the safety of other Digimon.

Dinorexmon exists so there should be a Rexmon, for SnowAgumon there should be IceGreymon, FreezeBlastGreymon, BlizzardGreymon as his line BlizzardGreymon being WarGreymon’s ice rival. Yes I know Lalamon naturally digivolves to SunFlowmon but shouldn’t there be a Flowmon too thats a rookie not so bright basic flower plant Digimon.
