I was in a CC pit 10 years ago in germany. Completely sober & undrugged. I accidentally smacked down a guy who was headbanging in the midst of the pit - but i continued moshing. Minutes later he found me and revenged it with his elbow through my face. We stood frozen before each other for 2 or 3 seconds looking us into the eyes. Neither did i feel pain from the hit due to the adrenaline rush nor did i feel anger towards him - so i continued moshing. That was intense. Highly recommend seeing CC, mate.

I think it was Montreal Canada is where they start of it, so I have no fucking idea and I figured that they might have not played it for whatever reason. Pat O’Brien, if you didn’t know, obviously is being covered by Eric Rutan, who is also the bands manager in place for hate eternal also. I went down there on a whim with a taxi cab and there was a shit load of people there plus I bought a tour shirt and a shit load of drinks so I didn’t really have the money to call a taxi cab and nonetheless? There wouldn’t be any available at that time and the bus stops running at a certain time where I’m from. I listened to the most part of “the last song“ and then I actually pretty much jogged to the bus station because it was really close to the time to where it’s the last one and it would’ve been about a 25 mile walk if I didn’t catch the bus on time. The irony was definitely like I said? People did say that they, in fact, played hammer, smashed face at the end. But? With all the circumstances involved and like I said, it was the second show in the entire tour? I haven’t even seen footage before because they do repeated pretty much over and over and over again the whole tour so it’s a surprise for people who haven’t seen the previous footage, and I could not have seen the previous footage pretty much because they just came from Montreal the other day and I didn’t even know that they were playing in my local area. So I’m 38 years old and I’ve listen to heavy-metal since 1997, death metal since the year 2000 and I must say that these guys are up there with Dying Fetus and shit. Who I’ve also seen twice. So there is the full explanation as to why.
But if you guys want to see footage of it? I have a channel and I’m not looking for subscribers or anything, this is a newer channel and I had slayer Hatebreed and Dying Fetus on the other one, but? Shit happens. 😂 I do have the footage up of the very little bit of the concert that I got from when I saw Cannibal Corpse recently 🤘 Edit: Oh… I meant FUCKIN’ SLAAAAYYYYYEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!

Our drummer was very close to Derek Roddy. We hung out with them a few times. I think Randy Piro was the bassist at the time. Either way Derek gave us a lot of insight in the industry at the time. Our drummer got very close to Derek. He let our drummer borrow his trigger setup for the recording of our demo. Our drummer used it on a few live shows. I have a video in my page, if you’re interested.
