Guy's performance of Before I Go is just BREATHTAKING. He's vocals are just SO AMAZING. Nina you should check out his Live Acoustic performance of Battle Scars he did for Anzac's Day last year I think you will be very impressed with the performance.

Guy is one of my favourite artists. I could listen to his vocals 24 hours a day. I never tire listening to him.

Guy Sebastian is a superb singer and performer. To sing like that live ??? Wow. He sings so emotively and powerfully. You would love his song Choir, which he wrote for his friend who passed. Huge fan of Guy. Your analysis is terrific. I watched your first one when he sang Standing With You live. I'm sensing you might have become a fan of this man as well?

John Farnham: You're the Voice in honor of the ANZACs?
His voice has barely changed since this song was released in 1986. You can check out ANY video of him performing this anthem live, and it always seem better than the last. IMO our best singer.
He is amazing! Always loved Guy from his beginning on Idol in Australia. Nina you'll find it interesting that he found his love of singing in the church and was a VOCAL COACH before Idol.

I have seen our wonderful Guy live in concert, he was fantastic. You probably already know that Guy was our very 1st Australian Idol winner.
I love Guy’s voice. He composes amazing music and lyrics. His brother, Chris, can also do amazing runs.

It’s sad guy has never taken off else where he’s got one of the best voices going around his runs are ridiculous
I just went to a concert and Guy literally sounds exactly the same, no matter if he is singing in a studio or in front of 9000 people. Pitch perfect, enormous vocal range, also dances, plays guitar and piano and has a great rapport with the audience. I was not that much of a fan before but now I am converted!.
He should be worldwide. Best voice ever
I cannot stress highly enough, if you’re going to dive into the Aussie vocalist canon, you absolutely MUST react to the GOAT, John Farnham.
A career spanning 6 decades (and still going), the most charismatic live performer I’ve ever seen love, and vocals that are genuinely unique, and unparalleled.
Some highlights I’d recommend are Help (Beatles Cover), You’re The Voice, Burn For You, When The War Is Over, and his duet with Jimmy Barnes on When Something Is Wrong With My Baby.
Lastly, I’d always recommend watching live, to get a sense of how strong his vocal dexterity is, as well as the performance quality.

Listen to his brother Chris Sebastian! Another magnificent singer, he's really nasal which drives me nuts, BUT... his vibrato, runs & drop offs, are also amazing. They're both fantastic singers. I just wish someone would work with Chris to get him out of his nose. 😅 But, seriously.

Nina, I think you’ll enjoy this acoustic version of Battle Scars which is his biggest hit in America to date. I’d also recommend listening to “Get Along” (X Factor Live version) that given current events is a beautiful song that is delivered with great passion.
