you are not using the DLSS mod properly... its basically off the entire video... If you are at 4k res you have to set the "frame scaling mode" in advanced graphics to 0.500

I'm using 1.64 (1.0.2802) version. Try to downgrade your game version to 1.64, 1.66 or 1.67 and install them again. I heard people says newest game version is not optimizing good for modding, so older version is better.
What graphics mods did you install first?

It’s a pity that Puredark is stupid and can’t fix FSR 2 for GTX, it works crookedly, the motion vectors can’t keep up with the car and the wires on the poles, they start to double at the slightest movement.
