Steve P so I was at Alpine Valley Music theater when Eric Clapton headlined with SRV and Robert Cray . They played two nights and I went the first night. The highlight of that night was Jeff Healey played with Clapton on Sunshine of Your Love. As you probably know Jeff would sit down. When it came time for the solo Eric went over and tapped Jeff on his shoulder. Jeff proceeded to tear into a phenomenal solo and stood up and just ripped it into another level. The crowd went wild . It was the best performance that night. Tragically the second night is when the helicopter crashed with SRV on board as well as some of Clapton’s crew and manager I believe.
