Wow that’s a set up! So what are you running on the total 6000watt inverter? Also, how much solar are you working with. I have one AC300 and 2 B300….. was looking to double up and use the fusion box for a back up in case of power failure….
I'm running almost my whole house. I do not run the heat pump or the water heater. I can run the water heater with 110v if I had to. I have 4000W of panels going into the AC300's (2000w each). I also have a 1000w string Victron 150/70 that fills 3 Redodo 12v 200ah batteries. At Night the Redodos run enhancers that put power directly into the B300's. The Redodos are far cheaper than more B300s
@@MOKPT3 wow!! So so cool. I’m new to all the solar stuff and am learning…. Thank you for the reply🙏 I’m going to sub just in case you ever do another video detailing your system. Thank tou🙏🙏
@@ilver5478 I am happy to email you with everything I have learned and done. I have another video here that is directed to another TH-camr that has put out lots of great information. I'll link you to him also. He encountered some problems that I have not with using grid power when the SOC get to my set low limit. Here is some more about my set up: th-cam.com/video/u1lcSrra-kU/w-d-xo.html. You do not need (or want) a Fusion box. You just need a splitter cable that takes each AC300's Lines and combines it into 1 4 prong cable. 1 Ground, 1 Neutral, and 2 separate Hots. I run from my AC300s to a Generac 9854 Transfer switch. You must have switched neutrals in the transfer switch. My AC300 output can not go to the grid in any way. The loads on the transfer switch can be powered by the grid only or the AC300s only. Like I said before I also used a 1000w string with Redodo 12v 200aH batteries to feed directly into my B300s at night. You will see all of that in the video above. In split phase, if you plan to use grid power each AC300 must get grid power for opposite phases of the grid power. I wired up 2 outlets, 1 from each phase and use the supplied 120v cable that came with the AC300. I can get you links to cables from Amazon if you would like. Let me know if I can do anything to help you out.
