  • This ASMR Guided Sleep Hypnosis is designed to help with mental fatigue, overthinking, rumination and worry. It uses clinically proven therapeutic techniques to enable you to turn away from thinking and find calmness, relaxation and ultimately deep and undisturbed sleep, so it is ideal if you are suffering from insomnia or other sleep problems. This is an ASMR guided sleep hypnosis so includes soft spoken mouth sounds, tapping, personal attention and positive affirmations. It also includes a sound induction using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended soundscape of gentle rain sounds.
    I am a doctor of clinical psychology and I regularly use guided hypnosis alongside other therapy techniques to help my patients to overcome mental fatigue, overthinking, insomnia and other sleep problems. This is ultimately a self help video but it will give you an idea of what therapy techniques are available to help you with stress related problems, depression, insomnia and other sleep problems.

    I am the Lead Clinical Psychologist at The British CBT & Counselling Service and find that I am often the first person with whom my patients share significant and intimate thoughts and memories. I feel at ease being a therapist, I feel I can empathise with people’s distress and discomfort but don’t feel overwhelmed by it, I can understand their problem and know how to help, it has always just felt like what I should be doing.

    Thank you I realised today, after a few exhausted moments where I snapped at people I loved or felt a very uncomfortable urgency and stress, that my mental health is strained and I need to return to soothing systems i learned in therapy. This feels like going back to that peaceful place the therapists created at the Trauma centre

    I've been watching the asmr psychologist, and there truly is something comforting about knowing she's going to start the same ritual for sleep. I don't really know what to call it but it's a secure feeling. This woman always knock me out 🤣🙏🏽 thank you for all the nights of actual sleep.

    • @rexex345
      @rexex345 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emmabevis8607 there are none, it's insanely rare as it involves you being born with the ability for your brain to close sodium channels, and even then, the normal reaction to having more than 4/12 open at once is meltdown. It's rare enough there is little to no known methods of treatment, and doctors compare it to sticking a V12 in a beatle and hoping it doesn't tear itself apart. Heck finding a doctor who can, let alone will treat begin to try to treat it is even rarer
