A lot of people don't notice that the riff near the start (starting at 4:14) has the entire crowd signing; SINGING THE RIFF. It's an amazing experience.
Yeah we did it during their Wembley performance as well. Like I don’t even remember how it happened, the entire crowd just started like we were part of some kind of hive mind. Tens of thousands of people all singing along to that riff as if we were performing with Muse themselves. It literally fills your body with this energy. Best experience of my life. I still get chills thinking about it 16 years later.
they are amazing and probably the best live preformers in the world if u ask me. but there is alot of backtracking sounds.. like any performance.. u should check out a band named royal blood. 2 member band (bass player and drummer) and the amount of sound they produce is INSANE.. only on their latest album did they start using backtracking sounds
This was clearly a feature piece of their live show. And for many American fans, where the band is fairly criminally unknown, this song's inclusion in Guitar Hero was a jumping-on point. (Worked on my family) 🤘🤘🤘
@@DaveThomson what? They are absolutely not less popular here these days than 10 years ago. I’m in Toronto and Tickets to see them now are $400. I’ve seen them 7 times and they’ve never fully sold until the last show

This music was originally written by Ennio Morricone, a famous composer at the supporting track of a terrific western movie in the '50s called "Once Upon A Time In The West". Great composer, great flik played just terrically by a great band Muse
I saw these guys in March 2010, just after they released the single for Uprising. What of the greatest concerts I've ever seen, Knight of Cydonia always had to be played last!
The version from the wembley live is way better ! Found your channel recently and I really like your reactions, it’s really nice to see muse first time reactions. All the best to you :*

Muse has always been deliciously Bass heavy.
The best thing is that it's just 3 guys... 3 f-ing guys
@@mookiestewart3776 the 4th is there to help perform the parts Muse records with THREE people in the studio.
The intro is 'Man with Harmonica', from 'Once Upon A Time in West'.. 💜 By Ennio Morricone 🎶
Thanks for not interrupting Matt's guitar!
That intro was a tribute to Ennio Morricone, who was from Rome...
@@mookiestewart3776 They didn't perform at Wembley in 2008. You may be thinking of their 2008 performance at V Fest
I love that my man immediately understood that it was the harmonica man....

Yeah dude. Guitar Hero introduced me to Muse and a whole bunch of other cool bands.
Guitar Hero is also how I discovered Muse. After seeing them live, they became my fav band of all time.
Bro was locked in to this reaction!! Muse live will do that to anybody 🙌🏻
I've been to see them 2 times and have a 3rd date lined up, The start is Man With a Harmonica, which is not a muse song but added for extra effect
