Calling with WAVV Power Dialer

Are you ready to start power dialing? Let’s begin. Select the contacts you’d like to dial. Then, select the phone number icon.
Then choose how you’d like to connect to the WAVV dialer. For this demonstration, I’ll dial in with phone, and click Remember this choice.
Then select done.
Then select start.
Wavv Power dialer will dialer your phone number and will connect to your phone. When you answer on your phone, Press 1 to continue, as the WAVV banner prompts. The power dialer is now connected. With the multi-line dialer, we’ll see 3 phone numbers appear at a time. Then select Dial. The dialer will dial these three numbers at the same time. The first phone number that answers will be the number I speak with. When they answer, the contact details for that client will appear for you to view. You can then speak to that client. If you’re on the phone with the client and they hang up, a disposition and notes pop up will appear. You can select a disposition to mark the result of the conversation. Dispositions only appear when the client has answered or if you’re connected to leave a voicemail.
If the client wants you to call back, you can select Callback
If you booked an appointment, you can select Appointment Set
If you sold the client, you can mark sold
If the client isn’t interested, you can mark Not interested
If the number is a bad number, mark bad number
And finally if the contact wishes to not be contacted, select do not contact.
If you’re on the phone with a client and the other clients answer, you’ll see that they’ve answered. Since you’re on the line already, they’ll hear a recorded callback message. As soon as you’re done talking on the phone with the client, the next contacts that wavv will call will be those who had answered while you were occupied. If you need to hang up while on the phone, click on the hang-up button. You can redial, which will recall the same number that just hung up. When you’re ready to move along with dialing, click resume. The dial session will continue. When you’re done dialing, you can click the X icon in the corner to end the call campaign and close the dial. Then click End. Wavv will show that the campaign has ended. You can exit out of the banner to officially disconnect from your phone.
If you are single dialing, the features we just reviewed work nearly the same, except there is no need for the call back feature, and you only dial one contact at a time.
