Pretty good work, just some tips from a german furniture maker (this is basically what we build 90% of the time) Instead of wood glue, use screws (predrilled holes in the vertical panels) when coupling the 4 sides (at least when two cupboards go beside each other?), stronger and faster joint, the lamello are just for holding it in place. The biggest improvement in my opinion you still can make, and weirdly not a lot of people do, even carpenters here: 8mm melanin particle board for backwall. And then into a rabit, not a slot. Screw this one in. Looks super clean (we use the same for drawer bottoms). Besides that nice to see it catching on, weird to see all the holes and stuff being done manually, we usually do it on a cnc^^
As a Croatian I believe in German engineering, please could you help me, I'm trying to make a wardrobe and made it in sketchup, only question is what to do to joint top/bottom with left and right panels, rafix 20 or minifix with 1 or 2 dowels? What about cabineo 12, it is expensive but is it worth it? I will do it with 18mm thick plywood...
Would have been good if had showed us how did you install those cabinets, because some of those cuts which you did with the router is a bit a question to me.
Very nice build. Looking to make some furniture at home. Here for inspiration. I'll probably order cuttings in a shop and then drill and assemble myself...
What is the minimum clear height required for making kitchen cabinet with gola profile?? And what will be the size of drawers if we want to make it by using 4", 6" And 8" Tendon channels??
I would want to know more info, for example dimension. How you design kitchen? What you use for cabinet, which material and thickness. What you used for fronts?!
Thanks for showing how to hide the electric cable. May I ask you how would you route the cable if you were to install the LED strip inside the C profile?
Hello, great work, I admire it, looks so simple when you doing it. Im asking how did you upgrade your biscuit joiner for vertical drills, so you dont need much positioning, you only push it to the boundry. Sorry for bad English, I hope you understood my question. Thank you for such awesome video and I wish you great succes in your work and your life.
Thats a good work, i like your upper cabinets back slots for the metalic rails and i recommend to add an extra piece of mdf(for all the upper cabinets lenght) for that led strip, to have continous lighting. Good luck.
Great video. it is a really cool idea to insert the LED bar. What are the things at 8:05? Is it part of the soft closing? I've never seen some looking like that.
I'm wondering the same thing. To put holes into a compressed chipboard panel like that I'm not sure. Plus also all the gaps around the cabinet, doesn't look like a very finished project to me. It's hiding grounds for dust and cockroaches, etc.
@@SyemurN You should adress your cockroach/general hygiene problems before starting to build furniture. Plenty of tutorials on youtube ... nicely done. with the lighting what i do is when the unit is ready then i route the bottom and when installed on wall i put 1 long profile and 1 led strip init. so u dont have to run cables on every cabinet and it looks like 1 light not separate. other than that nice job. i work in my garege too got the same mess as well :)

Probably he meant that he got no frame, that usually covers the front of the cabinets, when cabinets made from plywood. Otherwise I have no idea, what he meant, and yet I myself produce furniture like that in the video.
