Very nice. I think the flush cutting router could use a spring to assist raising it to the top or maybe a leading roller of a larger diameter.

It goes well with the spray adhesive. We have done numerous jobs that have not giving any issues.

Hi mate, allow me to clarify. In the woodworking industry in Australia, we can call this method 'by hand' because the edging still needs to be applied by hand, compared to fully-automatic edgebanders like our AU45D where you feed a straight piece and it outputs a bevel edged door 100% automatically.
