    HRM is very complex field of study so, manager need to be closer to employees as well.

    Transparency is the key,each must must be transparent in thier position ,so the employer doesn't have any liability for a individual mishap or error, which mean position prior to anyone joining a org,they also must come under their "OWN " Org so different resources can be assess thr the the corp and cont cycle and so on.
