getting almost any legendary from any gen in ORAS is super easy just by flying around on latias/latios and going to hidden islands/cracks in the sky, was my favourite feature of the games. ofcourse some cover legendaries like zekrom, dialga etc were version dependent which meant you still had to trade to get kyurem/giratina etc but being able to trade with x/y made it super easy to find someone willing to give up the mon you needed
To be fair all of those pokemon were easy to get when you had the game around their anniversary mythical event that lasted a couple months. And almost all the legendaries were available just by playing the game and fulfilling certain requirements. You can almost guarantee almost a complete Pokedex after a few play throughs of both games. Also the eon ticket would randomly be received.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are the best pokemon games to date sorry not sorry… I’ve played every single one and I recently started Violet and it just does not compare… They really need to just start taking there best aspects from each game and making the best one they can and stop taking only a year to develop games…

These kinds of boxes are what make my heart go crazy! Legendaries are my FAVORITE and I always enjoy grinding them. My copy of OmegaRuby was CLEARLY hacked because it had 10+ Arceus including a shiny level 100 Arceus with its Japanese name, all the event Pokémon, multiple of the same legendary/mythics, quite a few shinies including shiny legendaries like the Beasts, Creation Trio and Xerneas/Yveltal. There were also 90+ of each ball (including Master). Not to mention almost all of the PC boxes were filled up with the ENTIRE national dex on the first 20 and the rest having extra legendaries/mythics... and even more overwhelmingly, all the different forms of Deoxys! (Yes, Deoxys is my favorite mythic!) The boxes were so full that I needed to release some common Pokémon to fit more in. But I was still stuck on route 101. So I completed the story and the Delta Episode and went on to add yet another Ho-Oh, Reshiram and Kyurem to my boxes... but I shiny hunted these since they were some of the missing shiny legendaries. Bet the previous owner would be surprised if he got it back and saw those new shinies!!

Basically all of those legendaries were legit. The ones in Cherish balls from the events and all the trios and other Gen legendaries were obtainable on mirage islands. I think Alpha Sapphire had the most obtainable legendaries out of any Pokémon game

Wormholes are from Gen 7, ORAS used Hoopa portals to catch legendary pokemon, and they're pretty straightforward to get

Deoxys is legit catchable in OrAs
I got a copy of white on eBay and it had a deoxys, mew, jirachi, shiny regice, arceus, and a ton more that’s just all I can recall of the top of my head. One of the best finds I’ve ever got my hands on
A lot of these were distrubuted during 2016 (mythicals) and almost all legendaries were able to be caught in ORAS

Pretty much all of these were easily obtainable when the game was in its year of being the main pokemon game. 20th year of the mythical events, the hoopa mirage holes ect. Still cool though.
