Warframe | Topaz Shards Reset Overshields Instead of Adding to Overshields [PATCHED]

The new Topaz Shards feature a bonus in which Shields are restored when inflicting a Blast status effect. This bonus would theoretically help many Warframes with survivability. However, with how the Shards work currently, they completely reset Overshields to your base Maximum Shield amount.
