Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much. I really need to replace my crossfader on my Prime 4 due to bleeding. You saved me a trip to the repair shop.
Thank you very much for this video. I had the same issue where putting my stock xfader to one side would sometimes cause the other channel to be heard. I've just upgraded to the Mini Innofader thanks to your instructions. I especially appreciate you mentioning the 2.0 mm gauge for the hex screwdriver head - I had to go buy one. I used two of the tall standoff screws to recede the fader into the mixer so that the stem doesn't stick up so far, and now my decksaver shell fits perfectly once again. Cheers!
Cheers man! This is really helpful! The first thing I noticed about the prime 4 is that the cross fader is very basic... Innofaders are tight as hell! Would be cool if these faders came as standard
@@DJ80 just a quick question... I noticed someone in the comments mentioned there are hex screws and spacers do drop the innofader into the mixer avoiding it from sitting so high, I'm just wondering if you had done this and I'm curious as to how it sits ?
Thanks I was starting to wonder what to do about this. I used to be able to get it to work if I just really pushed it all the way to the left or right but now it bleeds unpredictably.
Nice video thank you for the instructions 🎧🔊👍🏼Do you think the washers would have Recessed the fader down lower and made it not stick up so high? Do you have a Video on how you got your Logo in the jog wheels?
Someone else said this and I’m sure I tried at the time but honestly can’t remember 😂 I haven’t done a video on it but it’s dead easy. Simply create your logo as a PNG file and drag and drop it into the engine folder on your usb or hard drive. (I did this when I got it and I’m sure it’s PNG but if it doesn’t work try JPEG - I can’t remember 😂)

That's a whole lot of drama lol. I've just purchased a Prime 4+ now, so I'll let it's next owner decide. Thanks for the thinking outside the box though :-)
You say that, but I’m sure I did try it and it didn’t work 😂 but honestly I can’t remember! I like to think I would’ve tried it 🙄😂 but have a go and report back please. I’ll add it to the description if it does work 👍
Does any one know if the fader of prime 4 and prime 2 are the same? I wrote innofader regarding the option of an innofader inside the prime 2, but got no response yet. Any one with insights here? Would love to get a better fader on this machine.
At least Denon value repairability , have you seen the absolute nightmare of replacing a crossfader for the XDJZ? Absolute nightmare, purposefully designed to fail it seems.
hola amigo te escribo dese colombia te pregunto si sabes por donde puedo comprar un repusto para mi denon 4 prime la referencia es esta AL9-79-0752F32 gracias

Yeah seems like a standard fault. Thankfully these are fairly easy to replace, apparently the channel faders are soldered on 🫣
Nice one for sharing! Will be getting one for my P4

@@ericjohnston4151 just drop it in the engine folder once you’ve opened it, doesn’t go in a sub file 👍

Where can we find this innofader plus for purchase???
You’ll need to go to the Innofader website and fill in the details to find a local supplier.
Grind the cross fader switch down so fits snug ,small angle grinder with 0.1 disk

Hi do you have the old Crossfader ? like to buy it from you
great vid... im thinking the metal plate adapter would bring the crossfader height down to normal ?

You need to go to the Innofader website and then choose your location. It’ll show your nearest dealer. 😉👍
