I've never been a 'Denon guy' but after doing a ton of research I recently picked this up for certain mobile gigs and it's absolutely sick. I did two back to back gigs on Saturday with no laptop... very fun. Def try it out if you can. There's nothing else with the I/O of this unit either.
I can confirm that Denon used the highest quality DAC chips on the market for the prime 4+ They do not publish the exact PCB technical specifications. I know from inside sources they use the finest DAC Technology It is truly state of the art technology.

Thanks for the 4.0 update. Please add in the Stems feature & hook up with Virtual DJ to license & use their program. Also, please fix echo in FX. The only way to shut it off is to change the FX type, which just sounds like a horrible cut-off instead of fading out
I have the prime 4 and it’s great but why is there no option to remove or reorder the main fx? I love the new effects but ever since 3.0 I find myself messing up just because I can’t find the effect I wanf
I don't like the Sweep FX section, it's not as bright as its predecessor. It's hard to see which button you have selected or if the button is still selected. Please If it can be made brighter by update or if you have it selected a slow pulsation and when using a fast one! Thanks 🙏🏽
At 6:07 you say a compatible SD card to use for saving waveform data from streaming sources… which are these compatible drives? Will a Sata drive be compatible?

Hello, I received my Denon DJ Prime 4+ to start my new career, however it doesn’t have stem in it. Thus, it was one of the main reasons why I bought it the unit. Any help before I return it?!
Q; I’ve noticed that syncing the tracks doesn’t always work. For example: Ive been playing a set 😂for 20mins and everything is working fine. However, the system starts playing up and when I cue a track to fade in, the pitch speeds up at the start and then slows down. Which then puts the two tracks out of sync. It’s a new controller (month old) and it didn’t do this when I first started using it. I can’t seem to find a way to resolve it. (The system is updated to the latest versions 3.3.0) Help needed. Cheers
Just asking..I know the inputs on the back can be “phono or line” inputs. Can one of them be to a radio?? I’m a radio Dj that does a lot of gigs on location. Having tons of music internally..and access to radio with 2 EQ’d mic inputs would eliminate bringing a separate mixer, radio, and laptop..
It would be good if they also released the Denon Prime 2 Plus with a 10" screen like the prime 4 would be a success and would compete with the ddj rx3!!! ❤❤❤ Y Love The products of denon dj!!!

Why don't you guys address the defect on the right platter for the Denon Prime 2 where it seizes up while playing a track especially on vinyl mode. Clearly a defect you haven't addressed.
You guys should fix the existing streaming quality mismatch glitch, screen SC5000 screen freezing, pitch glitch, and database corruption bug before you release more hardware.
To accellerate stem adoption, stems should be processed on the laptop that is already integral to the workflow. As this becomes perfected overtime, the funtionality should be moved to the Prime 4+. Customers know that stems are in beta and will tolerate the use of the laptop in track preparation.
I almost purchased this today then realised it would have to be plugged in to use stems. Why would i buy a standalone system when I have to plug it in the same as other controllers?
Got the prime 2 and I wish I had this even though, I recently purchased the XZ and had to return it because the wave format and the unit itself it’s sort of out dated.

You're talking about one function or another while displaying something utterly different on the screen and then you never show half the features in action. I'll live, after all I can play my own decks, but you guys can and should do far far better for a "quick start"
really need a vol. / mix knob for effx volume, the way it is you have no control over the volume of the effx. i do like the finger gestures for effx, but all effx should have a vol/mix level control
Already got myself this unit. Nice piece of kit. Went to it from XDJ-XZ. I would require to be able search through collection in multiple languages while in standalone. Can you please add this option with future firmware updates. Also would be nice if jog displays would have info like time remaining, bpm etc. Other than that it's brilliant all in one dj system @DenonDJTV
If you'd like to connect to Serato and use the PRIME 4+ as a controller and not as a standalone, you need to swipe down to access the main menu, then tap the source icon in the lower left hand corner. On the next screen, tap the little computer icon in the upper right corner to access computer mode. You'll need to have the latest version of Serato DJ Pro installed. Or, just follow the steps outlined at 02:25 to export your Serato crates to a drive and leave your computer at home!

Ещё сегодня заметил разницу которая не была заметна при игре на пионере. На деноне чувсвуется разница между качеством треков. Если трек не очень качеством это прям слышно. И вообще привыкать надо после пионера. Восприятие всего абсолютно другое
@@Сергейиванов-ф1т9г Я в свою очередь заметил большую разницу в частотах EQ. После пионера музыка сводится очень плавно. Хорошо слышно все отдельные звуки. Не зря говорят что по качеству звука Denon лучше пионера. Да привыкать приходится но по моему у этих ребят есть все шансы стать лидерами на рынке если они будут внедрять все необходимые функции.
If only you could use this with Serato at the same time. The crossover from DJ to DJ is trash. You have to wait with dead air to transition. 😩🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ The Opus Quad doesn’t have this issue!!!

If transition from DJ to another is the problem all they have to do is carry some music on a usb and play the music from there once you playing music from the usb into one of the channels you can disconnect and connect the other computer and be able to play your tracks from Serato
Does it have that weird useless function where the cross fader drastically dips volume in the middle or is it the regular smooth fade to the middle? Pioneer brought that awful "innovation" in, nobody uses it, cross fader DJs dislike it. There is no use for it. It's useless.

I LOVE my Prime 4 Plus. I compared and researched against the RX3, the XZ and the Opus Quad. The Prime 4 Plus just has so many more features

If your radio source has a line out (2 RCAs or 1/8" with RCA adapter) this should work just fine!

it has a beta version that has low quality stems without being connected. there's currently no other all-in-one that can do it at all.

For the Main FX, the Dry/Wet knob controls the level of the effect in the mix

Also you will need to download and install the driver. I did it for mine. Otherwise Serato wouldn't recognize your P4+
I prefer the layout of the sc live 4 if the Prime 5 had the features of the P4 but with the sc layout it would be perfect
