After re-watching this video, I want to make a point. If anyone is considering a high end complete like the Sunday Soundwave or WTP Envy or Battleship, consider this. The Soundwave and WTP are both great high ends for sure. But the difference maker for me was that the Sunday has a lifetime warranty on the frame, forks, bars and cranks. The WTP is on the frame and forks only. So that's something to consider if you're in the market for either one.
For any older Riders looking to get back into it, or even the younger riders that wants to invest in the sport long term, and are considering the Soundwave, I say go for it!! The thing is built like a tank and has a lifetime warranty on the majority of the bike. You won't have to change nothing on the bike or replace anythiing. Simply buy it and enjoy it
That's a really good bike. I have a review on my website (dougsterbob.com/product-review/2021-fly-omega-review/) The video reviews will be out after WTP :)
Just found your channel after getting back into bmx after 10 years away!! Great content, your reviews are really helping me figure out what bike I should get 👍🏻
@@Dougsterbob I was actually looking at the soundwave today, seems like a really good package for the money. I like the WTP envy too but somehow doesn’t seem such a good package. Just need to get used to the free coaster, tried a mates bike and I just kept shinning myself doing 180s lol
@@stebensbobby if you want to do tricks like 180s,360s, tail whips, barspins etc. I would go with something that's 20inch-21inch but if you just want something to ride without doing tricks then yeah
Can you customize the blue prints parts. Nephew is 9 about to be 10. He probably fits that 18 inch frame but is growing and I really want to get him a 20 inch but also want it to be safe for him. If I land on the 20 I want to be able to switch parts. Thank you
What do you think I was wanting the Sunday scout I'm 5' 11about 160 lbs I used to ride bikes back in the day mostly in the desert by my house but I thought it would be fun to try skatepark and desert I never did much tricks back in the day just hucked jumps what do you think I'm not aiming to be pro but just have some fun with my friend I been skateboarding but rode his bmx and it seems like alot of fun
dude im about the same size and this bike is fuckin sweet for the price and quality, id definitely say its a good option for gettin into or back into riding.
Saludos. Doug .. una pregunta.. de que esta echa., la bicicleta.. Sunday. JOKER... Hi tensile steel. or..full.100% cromoly....... frame/fork ..Thanks grasias...
Do u have to support a rider to get a signature bike such as the Erik SE like I don’t want to act like I’m getting it for the signature aspect. Is it just the name? And does it have any stickers or anything that represents the rider on it? I HOPE NOT
Most “signature bikes” are a way for the rides to leverage their popularity and make a little extra money. Each brand is different but for the most part a rider gets a small commission when one of their signature bikes or parts sell. Buy buying them you are supporting them. But if you like the bike for the specs and the quality, it doesn’t really matter!
Great video, but doesn't the ex, forecaster, and primer have the same rims meaning that the ex has single walls? Sunday says the lightning rim on their website is single wall, but a full chromo bike above 500 with single walls .... Makes me not want to get It.
I had to double check, but yes you are right. The Ex is single wall rims 😒 idk how i missed that but now im sad because I thought it was a better quality bike.
Love my Sunday that I got, but if you're open to other brands the cult devotion is a great value little over five hundred bucks can you get full chromoly everything , sealed nearings . and double wall rims. Also check out Kinks line. They're a little cheaper than Sundays
@@vict8206 I'm not sure, but I think it's the same with the street sweeper. Seriously?? A 700 dollar bike with single walls? I'm not sure, I'll double check but the devotion is my top pick... If it's in stock, that is.
Hi bro your videos are really helped me but 1 thing I want to ask you is how do I peek my frame size im 175 cm plus minus and I dont know what size I would really like you to help me thanks
I don't really love the scout. It only has one chromoly piece of tubing which makes the rest fo the bike pretty weak. If you can afford it.. go for a Forecaster or a sunday EX in 21" TT. They are much better quality for only a little more money.
So imma explain my skilllevel real quick: can do 180s, about 50cm bunnyhop, started riding bmx for like 4 months, attempting manuals. The Scout and the primer are in my budget. Wich one du you recommend? Great Video btw😊
Thanks for everything man what youre doin aint goin to waste it has helped me do my research as im pretty new to bmx ive always wanted to get into it since i was a little kid but my dad never agreed and now that i got a job im grindin to get that first bike and your videos and guides helped me to know what bike i should get. Ive sent you free recommendation thing last week and i haven’t received it yet when should i expect to get it?
What's up man! It's awesome that you're finally able to get into bmx. You're going to love it. If you have gmail, check the promotions tab or even the spam, Idk why but sometimes it ends up there. If it isn't there, fill out the form again and make sure to use the correct email address and a full first name otherwise I can't send it. Hopefully, this helps!!

Good review! I'm thinking of gettin this bike or Flybikes Omega 2021. Could you do a review about flybikes?
That's a really good bike. I have a review on my website (dougsterbob.com/product-review/2021-fly-omega-review/) The video reviews will be out after WTP :)

Aww man, I love the colour on my '21 Street Sweeper. Matches the fade on my Orange and Red High-C.
Hahaha. Youre just as nutty as I am with my 2 Sunday bikes as well. Including my sunset fade 29ner
