I recently purchased the purple "Like Water" colorway. I'm wearing them for volleyball and it's the greatest hoop shoe I have ever worn and I've worn Kobe 9 lows before for vball but currently I've been wearing Adidas Pro Bounce 2018 lows so that's my only comparison. The Don Issue 6 is super light and super grippy. First time spiking, I almost threw myself into the net because I planted my foot down so hard and the grip was too "strong" lol by the second spike I got use to it. Lateral movement and cushion felt amazing and I felt bouncy as f! I have never worn anything after Pro Bounce 2018. I never knew I'd fall in love with another shoe, lol

adidas new basketball line-up is looking great, always been a fan of adidas. splinter is way more relatable in a way, like being a father figure and a teacher.

I feel like Zordon is like Phil Jackson - hands off, lets them figure it out on their own, works in a system with interchangeable parts (Megazord/Triangle Offense). Master Splinter is more like Coach Pop - leads by example, builds players up from youth to final form (Robinson/Duncan/TP/Manu/Wemby), and when called upon, can still get it done himself, as evidenced by those Coach Pop playing pickup hoops photos.

Don't know about the don 6, but I love the AE 1. I was so exited about thr Harden 8s and I was so disappointed with the way the fit, I don't even want to play in them.(I prefer high tops or mid tops)

I like the design of the shoes. Agreed that the colorway is a little loud but it showcases every component well visually. As for the the question of the day, I agree with the both of you. Certainly;y agree that splinter trained them for protection……and even got mad when the kids ventured off to the city on their own and almost got exposed, because he didnb’t want any harm to come to them.

dunno what you're on about the colourway smacks. It's gotta perform though, no good being that bright if they're hard and slippery. Do not like that rubbery tube running around the side though.

Power rangers was my childhood😭. Zordon didn’t choose the rangers the morphing grid did. Gordon just knew it was them and sent for them to be brought to the control centre. Just like Rita and zordon were rangers, they were chosen by the morphing grid.
Team Splinter all the way! If you can't feel the Lightstrike Pro already, then they did it wrong. That's a great foam in their running line and I've been anxious for the 3 Stripes to get it into their hoops shoes to where you could actually feel it. Lightstrike Pro is widely used in their best running shoes. So it's quite different from regular lightstrike, as it's lighter and bouncier.

FYI Chris, they put Lightstrike Pro is in the highest end Adidas runners. The women's world record in marathon is held in a light strike pro shoes.
