It is doable, there is a bit more work involved in prepping the material regarding the thickness but it can be done.
Can i glue this to my dashboard also? I have a fors connect 2014 work van. And want to make a «showvan» style to it
Beautiful craftsmanship! How do you like the 3M adhesive? I´ve used the Palty heavy duty on my door cards but I see it lifting somewhat now that it has sustained about 5 hot summers.
I really like the 3M Glue, it has good characteristics, I just wish I could get it in a canister instead of the spray cans but sadly not available in the UK

Your quality of work looks great. I, however, would never opt for a full alcantara door card. It just looks odd to me. Like no style, contrast, nothing.
I definitely see your point, it was just what was requested by the customer.
Personally I like a mixture of leather and Alcantara, the two textures work really well together.
Is it also possible to Cover the doorpanels in complete leather?Some color as the seats?From Germany
Yes, the process is just a little more involved as the leather would need some extra work.

The best I've found so far. Polyprop' is a bugger to stick to so your mileage may vary.
