@@Blaze15756 No they aren't. I do it too. Granted, on harder difficulties, they aren't worth it, but on Easy and Normal, training the Dawn Brigade is a challenge, but it isn't impossible for some of them to become superior than their Greil Merc counterparts. Edward's only real competition is Mia, and even then the only difference is that Mia will probably cap Resistance, while Edward will not. Nolan's only real competition is Boyd, and Boyd focuses more on bulk than Speed. Leonardo I can give people some slack for not using. Shinon craps all over his defensive stats and Rolf craps all over his offensive stats. Still he actually comes with a pretty solid prf in the Lugnasadh, so it isn't unreasonable to train him. Sothe competes with Volke (Heather has problems in the strength department). However, Volke is only available for 6 chapters, while Sothe has been in the game since near the beginning. And for the love of all that's holy, I'm not going to accept anything otherwise in this next statement: Freaking train Micaiah. Actually go the extra mile to use her as she always maxed out all of her stats in my playthroughs with very minimal support, and has access to light magics which are highly accurate, while also gaining C-rank staves upon promotion, allowing her to use physic.
@@Blaze15756 As I said. I've used Nolan, Edward, and even characters like Aran over their greil mercenary counterparts in easy and normal mode. Hard mode is an absolute slog to get them to that point, and I'd rather not attempt that under any circumstances. Especially since the two teams have to fight each other 3 times throughout the story.
Look at Edward go! =) A youth who cannot be possibly older than 16, taller than 5'6, pelting towards a living legend quads his size and thousands his weight, and slicing said legend. He's really cute.
Th Dawn brigade isn’t bad they are just a pain to train, Edward is probably the best trueblade, Nolan is speedier than Boyd and Leonardo is pretty solid with his prf weapon.
the issue is the effort. maybe in a hacked run with even harder enemies then they could be seen as better but this games benchmarks aren't hard enough to hit that the lower growths on other units are going to hinder them.
Also this guy gave everyone capped stats and not their average, as for the boyd nolan thing, boyd’s average capped speed is 33 give him a speedwing and its 35 the reaver cap, also he’s easier to train and way more bulky
@@aidanhendricksen4832 I agree, but sometimes Nolan does do better than Boyd. Boyd's speed is a bit tricky to work with. If he does hit his average stride then he'll be a public menace, but if he doesn't (like he did in my previous run where he couldn't even double armored Generals), then he's just about dead in the water. Plus, one of the big reasons for using the Dawn Brigade is their access to their prf weapons, and Nolan's is probably the second best one behind the Lughnasadh because of the defense buff.

Of course, interesting maneuver.

No:’)
Nope, both of you in the comments are the only ones.

Best part was the Wyrmslayer doing more damage than the "legendary" weapon Alondite.
The 3x multiplier is one hell of a drug.

yeah edward is a mega cutie
Gotta love double blessed axes for Nolan
god that 80 crit, that must have hurt
I remember my Nephanie maxed out her magic Stat and I had imbue on her so she healed for 24 every turn. She was literally unkillable
Obviously hacked. Everyone knows if Sothe activated Bane on his first attack, he has a 100% chance of activating it on the second attack as well.
Actually though 😂
That is not happened to me, instead for me it just happens on the second attack.
You should've brought in the rest of Daein too. Meg ftw lol

This game and Path of Radiance needs a remake.
Awesome video, but sad there is no Laura 😥
I don’t care how bad they are the dawn brigade are narratively and mechanically the underdogs and that’s always cool
Damn what did Gareth and Nasir do to you
Probably stood there menacingly somehow.
But yeah. rip them. ):
Fr
If Sable had left them, they'd join for final battles in the game.
Nasir as a relatable fighter and Gareth as a meatshield.
Man what song is playin this is awesome

Where the rest of dawn brigade? :(
What skills did you have on Sothe?
I honestly don't remember. Probably just resolve and his default skills.
