Thank you for this Mother's Day gift. I was messing with the fuses earlier because my front air slow to start now not blowing. So I got new fuses and thanks to your video I found out I indeed took the RVC fuse out. It's a long story. Mother's Day, 100 degrees out here in AZ. Thank you. If you got any input on AC going out just in front not in back of 05 Chevy Tahoe that would be great.
Brilliant thanks just what I needed different vehicle but was the same problem fuses are normally the first thing I check but I was misinformed that my regulator didn't have a fuse but after watching this I didn't know which fuse it was so I just changed them all and now is fine... thanks alot
Air compressor is supposed to run in the winter time with defrost on to circulate oil in Freon and not settle in compressor and blow it out in summer when you put fuse back in.
My battery light comes on. Sometimes it will click then fire up. Other times there's nothing. Battery light comes on driving and it eventually Stalls out. New battery and alternator so I'll give it a shot. I'll keep you all posted if it Helps
With a new battery and alt, you have a bad fuse or bad ground somewhere. Could check alt to see if it's pushing out 13 plus. I've gotten junk alts b4. Good luck
You probably took the rvc fuse out to make it easier to get to the other fuse and forgot to out it back in...it can happen when you multi-tasking and or have a lot on your mind etc..
? What if on a ford f150 the battery light just doesn't come on at all. We have a new battery new alternator and the replacement of the wires. To the alt' can u please help all I'm finding is if the light comes on and not if it stays off
I just put a new battery and altenator on and now while driving on the road the battery light comes on and off. Typically when im not applying alot of gas the light goes off
@@tommyb3774 i did!! I ended up testing my alternator with a multimeter, and sure enough it was trashed, i was confused since my alternator was only two months old from Summit Racing. It ended up being a defective part.
I have this problem on my Dodge Avenger. Came on 2 times in the last 24 hours, but battery and alternator are registering good. I'll replace / check that fuse when I get off from work. I'll report back in a few days and tell you if it fixed the problem. Still might buy an extra battery just in case the alternator does go out, and I need emergency backup power for a few miles, to get home.
I've had bad Batts and alts register good but still be junk.....95 silverado had bad battery but alwaye tested good. Finally just replaced battery and boom, fixed🤷🏻.check fuse first because it's just a fuse. Good luck.
@@17MultiMoney - Bought fuses and a battery today. Battery light didn't come on at all on my way to work and after stops at AutoZone and Walmart. I would change the battery out tonight, but my battery is behind my driver's side tire. Dodge got "real creative" on the last run of the Avenger. Ran out of room up top to place the battery where they should've put it. So some engineer had a great idea to put it behind the tire, where you have to take everything off just to get to it. Still might decide to change it out before I go to bed.
My 2001 Suburban 2500 has the exact same issue. It’s equipped with the 6.0 liter Vortec and the RVC fuse does not appear in the fuse box diagram. Any help is greatly appreciated
Man that’s exactly what happened to my truck. I change the fuse. Battery light went off. Thank you very much bro.

One, I don't use ac so don't want it running... two, I don't drive it in the winter....
Just changed my alt too. Same issue. It's a pain in the ass to electrical test a vehicle.
