not even close to real surfboard, this is just a tiny jetski. In real surfing, the wave is more important in terms of fun with certain levels of risks as well, than the surfboard itself. This little thing pulls and carries you, the wave on the other hand, pushes you, two different aspects of the sport. The jetskies died years ago when the wetbikes were introduced anyways, so personally, not interested.
35mph??? People will be killing themselves. For a reference normal wakeboarding speed is 17-20mph.

I had the time of my life on an early Jet Surf board with a large lump on the back (it's petrol engine), it was a rental on the island of Jersey. The board was a lot longer and very heavy, love this latest type.

But how does it handle when there ARE waves? Because if it can function well with waves too, that would be a lot more fun. Imagine riding into a wave, up the wave, and then back down. That would be a cool product.
You can probably hop a few waves, but waves comes in many forms and interval. Youre more than likely would eat crap if conditions are not in your favor. You can jump one and land in another one awkwardly.
