Saying 'no' used to be tough for me, especially as a student among friends 😅. But I’ve come to see how helpful it can be! It feels great to look back and realize that some decisions to say 'no' were the right ones. Even in casual settings-like saying no to trips, treks, or parties-it brings a sense of satisfaction 😊

Instead of this have an intro telling people the value they are going to get after watching this video. You can even check it's impact in your youtube studio in audience retention section.
