Ashish Tulsian is Co-founder and CEO of Restroworks (formerly Posist)
He founded Posist in 2012 with Sakshi Bhasin Tulsian. Being the product visionary at Posist, He scaled the company from a two-member team to 100+ employees, serving over 15,000+ leading restaurants in 50+ countries.
He is a rare combination of a Technocrat and Restaurateur, kick-starting his entrepreneurial journey back in 2007, by founding a telecom company serving major telecom operators in India for value-added services. A side investment in a restaurant out of passion ultimately drove me to build a tech solution to automate the business, resulting in the founding of Posist Technologies in 2012. He has over 15 years of experience in scaling and leading the Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer success functions. He has earned his degree in Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, New Delhi.

How Did We Boost Restaurant ROI with Our Software?
Great point sir, I used to have a different definition for Inspiration and Motivation before, now I feel it is like Opening up my mind - This is Possible, This is achievable, Before and After
As you said sir ' mba colleges dakait hai' 😅😂 but i have done my graduation in a very small town so for the exposure i have to do mba. Give some guidance sir plzzz . Is it worth it?
Not a bad idea to go for MBA in a big city for grooming but in case that results in large debt I would suggest shorter courses in those cities in your area of interest and look for the ones who give on job training etc. in technical field there are a lot of them, in non technical too for example BFSI has a lot of entry level jobs that won’t pay much but will give you a big city exposure, that is worth starting with even if you have to pay to stay in big city.
@@ashish.tulsian okay sir.... thank you so much 🙌
Sir i get so much inspire by your words. We as young generation need somebody like you who really gives us a genuine guidance..... thank you so much sir ❤
This video is personally one of the best resurces on internet for internships in general ❤ Thannk you so much
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Please write a book/books Ashish sir. Your experience your knowledge will be very valuable for us. Compile your TH-cam videos and give it a book form. Pleaseeee... 😊
Someday…,soon 🙏🏼
I think your simple edited video was better. This one feels too over-edited, especially with that click sound every two seconds.
I understand. These are experiments by my team, will relay this feedback to them 🙏🏼
Sir , you talked about CA course in this video.... Through Articleship point of view.... I want to know what's your views on CA course As you discussed about MBA in previous videos I would love to know your answer ❤ From SPM College Delhi
Hey Shivani, CA is as good a career as any other professional degree grants you like lawyer, doctor etc. if done well you have a path to work in small to big firms and down the road run your independent practice or even start a firm. But unless you are ready to work hard through your articleship, it may not land as good.
What an underrated topic to discuss on Ashish sir, extremely powerful and insightful, as some entrepreneurs have an hard time on deciding if we should be the face of our company or not, thanking you for the great tips Ashishji
🙏🏼
@ Much love Ashish sir, you’re a gem to watch everyday for inspiration, and taking it & going the right path of entrepreneurship , Means the world & humble Gratitude for the knowledge sir
Even after paying lakhs this industry is making freshers feels like cowards. I wodner if those executives really use what they learned in college? Please stop expecting free slaves. This is an excuse every that freshers are useless. In fact they are the best resource you can train.
Extremely entitled mindset ! All the best with it 👍🏼
But after work What's next Not a startup But business is what makes life easier Startup is based on idea Whereas business is based on the existing products If a person has 2 retail shops Then with business and job is worth Yes you are absolutely right Because after working then only we know to work on business But to hang on job till the end of life Is not worth full in my opinion
Not really ! If you do justice to your responsibility in a job and keep working on upgrading yourself, you can build a great life in jobs.
i actually done my internship in small company and i learn lot from there,
Sir ,I think your video is short category please it take up to 30 minutes you channel will grow rapidly
Sure 🙏🏼
Who is he talking to tho?
Yo real people asking questions, just that they are sitting behind the camera

Thank you so much sir, for such an informational video but another question is how to find internships having minimal skills or how to market your skills ?
There are many internship portals, see what are company’s looking for and start learning the minimum required skills online basis your aptitude and background
Sir aap pehle kyun nahi mile 😢😢
Haha! 🙏🏼
@@ashish.tulsian 😊
How can I prepare myself to take that plunge of doing something of my own? Why I want to start something of my own: 1. I want to work on things that I am passionate about 2. My learnings have stopped at my current org 3. I work better when I owe explanation to the end customer and not not internal stakeholder Let me know if this is the right mindset. Also, may I get your email id ?
Well, in that case you should think about working in Key account management, customer success or product management roles. That said, you will always be answerable to internal stakeholders, instead of avoiding them find out what they want or are asking and how does it align with organisations goals which in turn will always be aligned with what customer wants.
Very valuable content ❤
🙏🏼
Ha ha ha bhai to bas khud ke hi hisab se sochta hai, nahi janta india mein aur bhi tarah ki mentality hai, people don't have money how they just join to learn and earn bread and butter for some time not final job😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Bhai ko lagta hai har koi ki condition there parent , environment and owner of company is good 😂😂😂😂😂
Hahahaha ! Sorry for being positive and thinking company’s are ‘generally’ good Sorry for not understanding that people may have 3/4 yrs of graduation in which they are ‘living college life’ but they don’t have time to take work experience for 1 more year.. They may take a loan and go do MBA for 2 yrs without earning but yes internship or working for someone for less or free is a terrible idea. Btw Tiwari ji aap ye free content mat dekhiye, immediately join a full time job.

Can internships be used to understand the market, find some burning problems and make a business solving some of those problems? If yes then how sir, could you please explain how can a college student with zero exposure go from getting exposure and starting his own business 🙏🏾🙏🏾
What you explained is your answer ! Be of service to people you want to learn from and you will have a great career as an employee as well as an entrepreneur
Internet is not ready for you sir.. you are doing a great job... ❤
@@tusharkantighosh.6397 Brother sir is doing great, internet must have to be ready 😅
Haha ! Thanks you man but am sure some part of internet is ready and listening, I am glad if it helps anyone.
@@ashish.tulsianI always listen to you
Out of curiosity wanna to ask? Reason of joining an internship?? Some for exploring the career path, for knowing is that for him or not ? . Or already known that I know that I am for this then with learning mindset grabbing the internship?? Though, asking for any internship opening opportunity in your company for tech role , would be greatfull to join that and get a golden chance to work with you. .
Useful video Thanks sir
Hlo sir ! I found you as my mentor . I started my own e-commerce website last year my siblings laughed at me and said focus on your 10th boards but eventually I made 35k profit in the last 4 months and I also score respectable marks in my boards and I watch your podcast with ranveer allahbhadia sir and I can match your all things that you said and now I'm in 11th with the stream pcm with cs but present time my 11th is not going good because of my earnings that I earned and I'm able to handle my own expenses and also I'm the only child in my whole family who chooses science stream and now I'm going to focus on my 12th and also JEE preparation so, I can do what you said like college is your best time period to build yourself and also test yourself what you are capable of ?. Thank you SIR ! For cleaning my brain fog because I'm so confused and you make me able to identify my passion and what I meant for . I KNOW THERE WILL BE SOME GRAMMATICAL MISTAKES SO , IM SORRY FOR THAT 😅
❤🙏
I love your explanation😙.
Well said
It truly opened my mind and compelled me to think deeply about it.
Thanks a Lot sir👍

Thank you for this 🙏 I am doing freelancing from last 4.5 years. Completely relate to what is being covered in this video. E-mail karta hu aapko 6 months baad (May 2025) with what has changed after watching this video.
🙏🏼 Looking forward to that email !
This video is really so helpfull !! thanks ✨
I'm so glad!
You mean to say we can continue freelancing but we need to upgrade our skill time to time. this is what you are saying?? Or are you recommending traditional corporate job?
This video just blew my mind about freelancing. Would you like to make such self employment related videos? Because we need it.
Sure! Send me what kind of burning questions you may want to ask.
Then what is the difference between business and freelancing and nobody seniors wants to share their knowledge to junior to any junior because they think if I will share my knowledge then my junior will get my position or seat and in India there is a Hakim mental or mentality means they have knowledge share but they don't want to share to anyone
Stay away from such seniors.
