- The video gives you a step by step tutorial for a complete service of your Ford Ka Mk2. It demonstrates what you must control and it shows the replacement of the oil, filters and spark plugs. The technics of the Ka is practical identical to the Fiat 500 or Fiat Panda, thus the tutorial can be used also for these models.
Das Video gibt eine Anleitung zur Durchführung der Inspektion an einem Ford Ka der zweiten Generation. Es werden alle nötigen Kontrollen vorgeführt und der Wechsel des Öls, der Filter und der Zündkerzen gezeigt. Da der Ford Ka im Wesentlichen baugleich zu dem Fiat 500 und Fiat Panda ist, kann die Anleitung auch für diese Modelle verwendet werden.

Good video, only thing is, i like to, if possible, fill the oil filter with oil, before screwing it in, so the motor has it's oil faster :) -but to each his own :)

Thanks for the great videos. I've already used them a little to help with service. When I did, I noticed that it had consumed a lot of oil and that the throttle body had some oil. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

I have problem with my KA .When Filling up with fuel, the dispenser keeps clicking/shutting Off, when re-fueling. I am looking out on your video for a charcoal filter or fuel tank breather pipe, which may be the cause of the problem, but cannot see it. Does the KA have this type of System? Thank you.
My old Fiat Punto had this problem. Try turning the disenser nozzle upside-down - crazy but it works!

und fast am Ende des Videos kommt da so ein Tip mit dem kleinen Schlauch der hinten
am Luftfilter sitzt.....genau der war bei mir ab, kein Plan warum, aber er läuft wieder rund !!!!

Der war einfach nur ab, konnte ihn wieder drauf stecken und er sitzt auch recht stramm drauf, kann auch nicht wirklich verstehen warum der runter war, aber vielleicht war er nicht richtig drauf, warum auch immer, Hauptsache er läuft wieder vernünftig, war schon wichtig, fahre am Tag ca.250 km damit
Vielleicht hat der Schlosser noch dickere Finger wie ich und ist da nicht richtig ran gekommen... ;-)
Super Video! Ist der Luftfilter in jedem Auto vorhanden? Speziel beim Ford Ka (2009) Benziner mit 69 ps ist diese schwarze box nicht vorhanden? Wo findet man den Innenraumfilter beim ford Ka? Im Fußraum oder außen beim Scheibenwischergestänge? danke

Ich habe da mit der Reihenfolge was verwechselt, und erst ausgeblasen als die Zündkerze schon raus war. Habe ich also den dreck in den Motorraum geblasen? Wie dramatisch ist das?
Hallo, das Blasen an sich macht nichts, die Frage ist halt wie viel Dreck Du dabei aufwirbelst, und wie viel davon im Zylinder landet. Wenn das Auto in Deutschland auf normalen Straßen fuhr, dürfte es nicht viel sein. Viele Grüße, Jürgen

Guten tag ich habe ein Ford KA 2001. Meine rear window mit elektrisch um die condens weg zu holen macht nichts. Die lamp von die switch scheint Amber die condens von die window Gent nie weg. Konnen sie mir erzahlen was kaputt ist??

+irina25661 ok dank dir .Was hältst du Du von teuren öl ? oder meinst du billiges reicht ? also ich meine für alte Autos reicht günstiges öl für Diesel 5w40 für Benzin 5 w40 oder 10 w40 .für neue Autos würde ich 5 w30 von castrol nehmen für 38 Euro bei ebay

Dass die Aussenhaut vom Auspuff abrostet ist eine typische kA Krankheit. Bei mir ist die mittlerweile komplett weg und der Auspuff ist immernoch dicht.
