5:30 You're in the old bazaar also known as Turkish bazaar, you'll find lots of gold shops there, there was even a golden street with shops that were selling only jewelry. There are hat shops all around, old restaurants, old watch shop, etc..
7:20 They're Opanci or опинци. Traditional shoes made of pig's or cow's skin. Nowadays they're used for dancing our traditional Oro, without them you won't be able to play :)
9:00 Skopsko, best beer in the world :) Our water is special so every drink produced in Skopje is different. Our Coca Cola is the best in the world as well.

Thank you for that information, we didn’t want to offend anyone, we were not quite sure how to handle it with the Name, because most of the locals we met here were always talking about just „Macedonia“.
Thats true, its a big problem. All I ask, is that you know that if you call it just Macedonia, you are referring to the Greek Macedonia. I wont bore you with the debate and my personal opinion as a Greek. But I just wanted to make this distinction. I really liked you video !! Keep going
Through ancient Greek history before Alexander, the Macedonian tribes to the north were considered brutish, mountiny and simple, and Macedonia was never a city state. Phillip Ii brought Aristotle to teach Alexander ancient greek language, culture and science, after they had wars with all the Greek city states(mostly at once), and defeated them. The rivalry stems from then I guess 😂😂. However, internet talk never represents the situation on the ground. I love Greece, and many Greeks love my city( on the border with Gr btw), and the both nations (except the language in their case) have very little in common culturally and society wise with the peoples living on these lands 2500 years ago 😃, and that I guess is mostly due to our shared orthodox religion.
